Your first day as a Battle Researcher for Lux Solis should've been straightforward, receive your first Coromon and begin investigating Velua’s six Titans. But when outsiders wielding an element unknown to science attack a laboratory, your assignment becomes something far more dangerous.
Travel through six distinct biomes, each with its own challenges and mysteries. Begin among the fields around Hayville, then journey to a thunderous city, through a haunted swamp, into a guarded desert palace, beneath a volcano, and across frozen mountains toward ancient ruins.
Between your main objectives, meet the people who call Velua home, help solve their problems, and leave the path for side quests, secrets, and minigames. Upgrade your Gauntlet to open blocked routes and reveal hidden items, then take to the water as even more of the world opens around you.
More than raw power! Build your Squad around Skills, Traits, and held items. Then adapt to entry hazards, weather, and status effects to outsmart any opponent you meet, whether it's a wild Coromon, rival Battle Researchers, or a mighty Titan.
Master a stamina-based battle system where every Skill costs energy. Spend too much and your Coromon will need to rest, giving its opponent an opening.
Hunt for rare Potent and Perfect Coromon. Their distinctive colors make them stand out, and they can earn additional bonus stat points which you can distribute yourself.
Evolve a Coromon for higher base stats, or keep it unevolved and enhance its Trait with additional or stronger effects.
As you track down each Titan, the scope of your mission grows. Every region brings a new crisis, an unexpected discovery, and another clue to the outsiders’ plans. Cross paths with new allies, survive dangerous expeditions, and venture into places no Battle Researcher was ever meant to reach.
As the pieces connect, you uncover a power capable of changing Velua’s natural order. And by the end of your journey, only one question matters: who, or what, is really in control?

Looking for a relaxed playthrough? Make shops and recovery more forgiving, or reduce the pressure of battle and focus on exploring Velua, building your squad and following the story.
Looking for higher stakes? Combine built-in Randomizer settings with configurable difficulty rules to change encounters, trainers, Skills, Traits, items, evolutions and even the order of the Titans.
Create the Battle Researcher you want to be with a wide selection of outfits, hairstyles, facial hair, headgear and colors.
Give your Coromon new looks with unlockable Skins earned through collecting, battles, side quests, minigames and other gameplay challenges.
Continue beyond the story in the endless Battle Dome, where Coromon Rush, Trainer Rush and Titan Rush challenge you to see how far your squad can go. Test your strategies against other players in ranked, casual or custom 3v3 and 6v6 battles.

Felizmente, ele vai muito além disso. É evidente que a inspiração existe. Mas o jogo faz questão de criar sua própria identidade. O sistema de captura de criaturas continua sendo o coração da aventura. Explorar novas áreas sempre traz aquela curiosidade de descobrir um Coromon diferente, completar a coleção e montar uma equipe cada vez mais forte. É uma sensação que nunca perde a graça. O combate por turnos também merece muitos elogios. Ele é familiar para quem gosta do gênero, mas adiciona algumas ideias próprias que deixam as batalhas mais estratégicas. A possibilidade de ajustar a dificuldade é um dos maiores acertos. Se você quer uma experiência tranquila, o jogo permite. Se procura um desafio maior, ele também entrega. Poucos RPGs oferecem essa liberdade. Outro ponto que gostei bastante foi a exploração. Existem puzzles, áreas opcionais e segredos espalhados pelo mapa, fazendo com que a aventura não se resuma apenas a capturar criaturas e enfrentar treinadores. Sempre existe algo novo para encontrar. A pixel art é lindíssima. Os cenários são muito bem detalhados, as animações têm bastante personalidade e os próprios Coromon possuem designs criativos. O jogo tem um charme enorme do começo ao fim. A trilha sonora também acompanha muito bem a jornada. Ela transmite aquele clima clássico de aventura, deixando a exploração leve e agradável. Outro detalhe que me conquistou foi o cuidado com a qualidade de vida. Várias pequenas melhorias deixam a experiência mais confortável do que muitos RPGs clássicos do gênero. São detalhes simples, mas que fazem bastante diferença durante dezenas de horas de jogo. Claro... Se você procura algo completamente diferente da fórmula dos jogos de captura de monstros, talvez Coromon não seja a escolha ideal. Ele abraça suas inspirações sem vergonha. Mas faz isso muito bem. No fim das contas, Coromon não tenta substituir Pokémon. Ele pega uma fórmula que milhões de pessoas já adoram, acrescenta boas ideias, melhora vários detalhes e entrega uma aventura extremamente divertida. É uma excelente surpresa para qualquer fã de RPGs por turnos e captura de criaturas.

A nice little monster collecting game :) the combat system is simple but functions well, good quality of life features while only really missing one(you're not able to swap the move order on the selection screen), pretty pixel art graphics with simple but charming animations and very good music. Full price is debatable but definitively grab it if it's on sale

anyone who is a fan of a game like pokemon, that isnt pokemon and digimon. Who like monster collectors and fighting games and wants to experience something different. This is the game for you its a monster collecting game that is family friendly. That is easy to learn and you literalaly can start with a shark starter. Which I proudly did.
This game is so incredible. It brings me back to the days when I was obsessed with playing Pokemon on my gameboy. The mechanics are smart, the sprite work is top notch, and the story is gripping. The best part of the game is the potent/perfect shiny system for catching creatures. I'm just sad I haven't discovered this game sooner. Here's to hoping for a Coromon 2!
