Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Was pretty fun until you get to an unskippable jumping rope mini-game that's extremely hard and completely out of place. This is the worst, bad, cheap game mechanic I've seen in recent play. I was having a good time catching Coromons and now I'm abandonning the game.
This is straight up better than pokemon. Much better ai, more interesting and difficult moves and battles, customization, puzzles, the grind to try to get potent/perfect coromon is insanely addicting, i could go on. I would say pokemon will always be a perfect rpg for 6 year olds but this will entertain you as an adult very well

An obvious Pokemon rip-off that doesn't really innovate on anything. The puzzles are long, frustrating and plentiful.
I was going to write a mostly positive review until I encountered a mandatory (I think) fast-paced narrow timing-based button-pushing minigame at the end of the game, the jumping thing in the dojo. Its like having a mandatory game of chess in the middle of a Mario game. Having the flappybird and jumper game as achievements is a douchebag move but putting it in the questline at the end of the game is just a straight up dealbreaker. Such a thing is either a core-mechanic of your game, novelty side-content, or you make it incredibly easy. You either didnt have any general-public testing or you ignored all the feedback. Not great but tolerable: Puzzle mechanics are way too drawn out to the point of becoming chores e.g. the ghost-cat thing where half of it would be plenty. There are obviously a bit too few monsters. The potential-mechanic incentivize mindless grinding to get an adequatly strong version which feels like a semi-mandatory shiny-grind for every monster you actually want to use. Awesome: All the rest, especially the pixelart. A shame that this game is held back by annoying content, most of which could simply be cut from the game in an aftertoons work.
The 'mons in this game are pretty cool, and I appreciate how (all things considered) they're more grounded than in some other games. All the creature evolutions make sense. However I was not expecting the level of bloat and puzzles in the game. Switch puzzles, floor puzzles, fight all the trainers. Don't see myself pushing through to finish this one.
Coromon is a Pokemon-like made with lots of referential love for megafans of the nuzlocke genre. I played on steamdeck, and sadly on a version before the remaster went live. Pros: -They just released a free remastered update and massively improved ui. -Tons of customizable difficulty options for nuzlocke players looking to get their fix. -Tons of unique mons with tons of personality, plus extra secret evolution shortcuts. -Unlockable costumes/skins for mons if you complete easter egg requirements. -Lots of nice QoL additions; easy move changing on the fly, take mons out of boxes, and berry retrieval/planting. -Really good and alive sprite work. Cons: -I played on steamdeck, and had a bunch of annoying control glitches (cannot confirm if this still occurs with the remaster). If I double tapped the confirm button it would make my mon rest for a turn instead of selecting the attack. The button mapping for a/b was also very clunky and I couldn't remap it. -button mapping for key items is a downgrade. -Shiny hunting is combined with potential/iv mechanics. This was never a mechanic I liked in the original pokemon games either. -The story is kinda whatever. Felt like it was really there just to move the game along. Overall, this was a great love letter game for fans of the pokemon genre. Tons of cool new mons and sprite work, and a brand new remaster sheen over everything. It won't change your life, but it will be a fun escapade for those looking for new mons to collect. Rating: 7/10
If Pokemon Black and White 2 had a spiritual successor, this game is it.
The game was already really good and the REMASTERED update made it even better. One of the best QoL ever made in a game too. And all of this for fckn free. W devs
Coromon: Added a touch of nostalgia with playing this one, it's not complicated or hard to follow the story. It's engaging and has it's own unique flavor to add in a world of "Creature Collector" styled games. If you like the genre, you'll have a good time with this game for sure. Enjoy it! I rarely do this but I recommend it at a 9/10!
