Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1.71/day in the week to Aug 22 → 2.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,404 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
More than ten years of development have shaped Coromon into a complete 30+ hour monster-taming RPG. Catch and train more than 120 Coromon, master strategic battles, and explore a handcrafted world packed with memorable places and details to discover.
Coromon Remastered optimizes the entire journey for PC, with a presentation designed for larger screens. Clearer menus and battle details make everything easier to understand at a glance, while mouse-hover information and quick battle actions make every interaction faster and more natural.
Your first day as a Battle Researcher for Lux Solis should've been straightforward, receive your first Coromon and begin investigating Velua’s six Titans. But when outsiders wielding an element unknown to science attack a laboratory, your assignment becomes something far more dangerous.
Travel through six distinct biomes, each with its own challenges and mysteries. Begin among the fields around Hayville, then journey to a thunderous city, through a haunted swamp, into a guarded desert palace, beneath a volcano, and across frozen mountains toward ancient ruins.
Between your main objectives, meet the people who call Velua home, help solve their problems, and leave the path for side quests, secrets, and minigames. Upgrade your Gauntlet to open blocked routes and reveal hidden items, then take to the water as even more of the world opens around you.
More than raw power! Build your Squad around Skills, Traits, and held items. Then adapt to entry hazards, weather, and status effects to outsmart any opponent you meet, whether it's a wild Coromon, rival Battle Researchers, or a mighty Titan.
Master a stamina-based battle system where every Skill costs energy. Spend too much and your Coromon will need to rest, giving its opponent an opening.
Hunt for rare Potent and Perfect Coromon. Their distinctive colors make them stand out, and they can earn additional bonus stat points which you can distribute yourself.
Evolve a Coromon for higher base stats, or keep it unevolved and enhance its Trait with additional or stronger effects.
As you track down each Titan, the scope of your mission grows. Every region brings a new crisis, an unexpected discovery, and another clue to the outsiders’ plans. Cross paths with new allies, survive dangerous expeditions, and venture into places no Battle Researcher was ever meant to reach.
As the pieces connect, you uncover a power capable of changing Velua’s natural order. And by the end of your journey, only one question matters: who, or what, is really in control?
Coromon lets you shape the adventure around the way you want to play.
Looking for a relaxed playthrough? Make shops and recovery more forgiving, or reduce the pressure of battle and focus on exploring Velua, building your squad and following the story.
Looking for higher stakes? Combine built-in Randomizer settings with configurable difficulty rules to change encounters, trainers, Skills, Traits, items, evolutions and even the order of the Titans.
Create the Battle Researcher you want to be with a wide selection of outfits, hairstyles, facial hair, headgear and colors.
Give your Coromon new looks with unlockable Skins earned through collecting, battles, side quests, minigames and other gameplay challenges.
Continue beyond the story in the endless Battle Dome, where Coromon Rush, Trainer Rush and Titan Rush challenge you to see how far your squad can go. Test your strategies against other players in ranked, casual or custom 3v3 and 6v6 battles.
We’re an independent studio that started with a big dream: to create the ultimate retro monster-taming adventure we always wanted to play, with the care and quality-of-life features we value in modern games.
We believe in handcrafted worlds, memorable places and thoughtful details. That philosophy shaped Coromon, brought Coromon Remastered to life, and continues to guide us as we build Coromon: Rogue Planet. We’re incredibly proud of how far that original dream has taken us, and grateful to everyone joining us on the journey.

There is something off about it. I felt an odd dissonance, even when starting the game; a mild irritation that grew as I played. It is not a bad game, having nice QoL features and game options for a creature collector adventure; but yet it felt unfun to engage with. Other games of a similar vein (*cough* pokemon *cough*) have issues, but transition you into new stuff that catches the eye or teases interest/wonder/possibility, instead of whatever is going here... The biggest things that I can pin down as an issue, (I stopped after the 1st Titan), is that the "world" you are playing in doesn't seem like a place people live in, just a string of houses and buildings you move between, and you need to rush by them to get to the next thing; "oh look at this, anyways moving on..." My motivation rapidly evaporated even as the mechanics and systems opened up. The beginning crumbs of the overarching plot started forming and I was completely indifferent to the events unfolding. (I think it was a presentation issue mainly, this could have been great if it didn't "feel flat"; I got this in a bundle and finally got around to trying it)

I really wish Pokemon was available on PC. It's not, so I downloaded this and had fun. I have played the game twice. The Coromon variants have a lot of diversity and are well designed. Story was largely generic but I was pleasantly surprised at how well the writers broke the monotony of the hero saves world trope by introducing minigames. I really liked the desert and ice regions. The battle theme is as good as the Pokemon battle theme. Rating - 6.4/10
Coromon is the first game in a long time that actually hooked me. Not with spectacle or flashy tech, but with vibe, pacing, and respect for the player. The game has a cozy, leisurely feel that’s hard to find anymore. It doesn’t rush you. It doesn’t constantly scream for your attention. You’re allowed to explore, think, and just exist in the game world for a while. The environmental puzzles are genuinely fun and well-paced — the kind that make you pause and think without feeling like busywork or hand-holding. The pixel art is excellent. Clean, expressive, and thoughtfully animated. It hits a nostalgia nerve even though I never played Pokémon growing up. As a Gen X gamer, this feels closer to the NES-era RPGs I did play — games like Ultima or Dragon Quest — where exploration mattered and the world felt deliberate rather than noisy. Coromon understands that aesthetic and nails it. One thing I really appreciate: the music doesn’t get in the way. No grating loops. No overcaffeinated, ADHD guitar riffs assaulting your ears every five seconds. If you’ve ever been turned off by the hyperactive, chaotic soundtracks common in a lot of Japanese games, this will feel like a relief. The audio stays in its lane and lets the game breathe. That alone earns points from me. Quests are engaging and meaningful, not just “go here, fetch that” nonsense. They give you reasons to explore and interact with the world, and they don’t insult your intelligence. Overall, Coromon feels like a game made by people who understand pacing, atmosphere, and player fatigue — and who know that not everything has to be loud, flashy, or overdesigned to be good. If you’re burned out on modern AAA noise, or if you miss the thoughtful simplicity of older RPGs, this is an easy recommendation. Sometimes a game doesn’t need to reinvent anything. It just needs to remember what worked — and Coromon absolutely does.
I'm about 40-45% in and I have to say: pokemon is dead to me all hail Coromon. I've been playing the pokemon games from gen 1 all the way up to the switch (so I stopped after the 3ds Games). And I've collected a list of things I wanted changed in pokemon. Coromon's developers must have had exactly the same experience with pkmn because they fixed all the issues I had with pkmn. To think the pokemon killer is made in f*cking Zevenaar. Insane! There are a couple things I dislike but the list is short: - the dutch language option is badly machine translated. For a game made in NL this is inexcusable. - the cross platform save system doesn't work because you can't play a save on an older build of the game and the other platforms are no longer updated. Other than that, if you like pkmn; come here and play this instead!!!
I realy like this game. The best thing in Coromon is the story and pixel-grafik. I only can recommend this game.
Nice game, remember me old times, the good times...
HELLA content and for a Pokeclone the gameplay is very unique and creative
