Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 17.29/day in the week to Aug 25 → 48.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Looks and runs amazing. Great pacing and gameplay. More or less exposition should you want it or avoid it. My only pet peeve is the UI for weapons mods is difficult to understand or decipher at first, but once you do it's fine.
I was lost the whole time, but it was fun.
I loved the game. The GAMEplay part of it. But, oh boy, they went out of their way with notes, letters, audio logs... Sometimes there are EIGHT in a room... It's too much. Thank god you don't actually need them to understand the main story.
An incredible exploration of an SCP-like office. Seen other reviews say the story is hard to follow, and that the combat is boring. I'm not sure how they think that. The story is compelling, and at times hilarious (if you bother to peruse all the stuff you pick up. Sorry, you gotta read. You can read. It's worth it.) I'm, I think 2/3 through the game and I greatly enjoy telekinetically flinging sofas, lamps, and other sundries at my foes while levitating. It's incredibly satisfying. If you're bored, just max your psychic throw. You can thank me later. Do the side quests. Explore. It's worth it, because the things you'll find definitely will make combat not be "boring" (what are those guys even talking about?) My only complaint is the weird issue of textures going completely low res when they have no reason to on my rig. Even with the mod to force more aggressive texture loading, I still have some issues. It sounds like something that has been going on consistently for a while, and it's a real shame in a game this gorgeous.
неинтересная игра. Никаких струн души не задевает. Пустота
I have thought about making this review only after i got frustrated to the point of screaming repeatedly, because i would like to spare anyone who can read this the frustration. I will try and avoid spoilers. Main - First things first the game is an incredible work of art. It does things in a different way and the presentation of art is just incredible. The story is amazing and almost would be worth the annoyance, but in my personal case it just wasnt. If you enjoy the process of dying and trying again, or just being trolled by the developers, this game will most likely make you very happy. But i don't think so, so keep reading. Audio - The game has some amazing moments with music, i totally digged all and every song a lot. Especially the one in the dimensional research part. However the overall audio is very heavy on your ears, as the gameplay loop is basically wave defense against an annoying amount of enemies. Some of them also screech and your gunshot sound will annoy you to hell, because the gameplay loops demands you to be a very "quick user" of your gun and abilities. So it all blends together into a massive spam of sounds in your ear and, atleast for me, exhausts you nervously while playing. This wouldnt be half bad, if the weapons would be more significant (♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ accuracy) and the enemies less tanky. Which leads me to Weapons and abilities - The used system is cool and seems balanced for the most part of the game, however the last 3 or so hours i've played, with one being after the stories' end, it felt like a complete nervous overload. So much so that i just couldn't even focus on the amazing story anymore. The devs made some extremely poor decisions in this category because the mapping of controls, as much as it may seem sound at first, forces you to use combined keybinds and even after playing up until the end you still mix up keypresses. It would have been extremely helpful to e.g. have an addition bind on levitation/ float/ drop. Same with many if not all the other abilities. They are so cool and all have their place, more or less, but the keybinds really ruin the fun (for me). It would have been so easy to just have more keybind granularity. Did i tell you that the accuracy sucks? At least i had too many moments where i emptied half a mag onto a head without a hit. That sucks and shouldnt be a thing, but i have noticed it becoming more common in games lately. Maybe its the hit detection of unreal engine (implying this was made in it), maybe im just too used to CS and EFT. It just feels not rewarding enough for aim heavy players. I dont want to even read the word aim assist (included). Just make it make sense ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. Gameplay and visual - The world is incredibly rich in visuals and partially destructable. The effects and visuals all around are top notch, except the enemies sometimes looking like AI slop. Here i would have preferred quality over quantity any day. Especially in later stages the amount of charged is just ridiculous and ruins the fun. The healing sphere is a cool idea but an extremely annoying part of the fights. As much as you think you have a freedom of choice, as much you are being forced into certain prioritization and cover usage. Especially the shield seems to be somehow half assed, you are way better off seeking hard cover. The enemies drop very little amounts of health, so here you are again seemingly forced into keeping them either close when dying for health pickups, or you have to spam your way across the battlefield in case you get struck. It would really make a LOT of sense to have a recharging type shield, like ironically many enemies do, along with your anyways rather small health supply. The levelling system of enemies is just outright misplaced and at best can be called a half assed attempt of balancing. Whats the point of it, if you have to be a horde slayer towards the end anyways? Quality and quantity have been mixed up here into something very unpleasant. There are some cool puzzles, but there are also some very frustrating aspects to them, like requiring certain items, which are acquired down the line, even though your character literally says "better do it now". It would feel better not having to google, but i get it, it's very tough to balance and can lead to either boredom or frustration quite easily. The enemy type that goes invisible is rather rare and rightfully so, i wished she wasn't in the game at all along with the spere, because it's just annoying as hell to deal with her and she barely drops anything. ♥♥♥ the charged as well, they are way too hella tanky for what they are. Graphics are cool and all, but i had bad luck with artifacts when using raytracing and higher settings. However the framerate was very good. Story - Amazing concept and incredible story. The way over 100 "intel" pickups are just too much and most of the times don't help to understand what's going on. Almost every time i took my time to read them i regretted it afterwards. It's just silly and doesn't feel rewarding in any way. The video parts feel pretty lame as well. I dont get the mix in of darling in projector form, while trench is being granted an ethereal and barrier free narration channel. It would have been better to stick to either one, not mix all this into a mess. I get it, some info is optional and not important, but why not rather reduce clutter and make the presented info meaningful instead? It's a game, i don't want to sit there and deep dive into the lore 10 seconds after killing yet another massive and annoying wave of enemies. It just doesn't mix. The NPCs and dialogue options are very likeable. I wished the dialogues would have been much more expanded and the other channels way more shrunk, that would make it all much more condensed, concise and digestable, since listening to a spoken word feels a little easier than digging through various documents and whatnot. DLCs - Should have either been part of the story in the middle or not included at all. I lost all interest in doing them after the main story because the same old gameplay loop remains and feels very exhausted after completing the story. I get the old monetization argument, but in this game it really feels like completely superfluous to continue playing after the end. So what if you can squeeze out a little more ability points? You don't have any more use to them anyways and the story is so cool and dense, that the sidetracks of the dlc's feel like reheated leftovers. It would have been super cool to make it like deus ex human revolution. Addition: Because the gameplay in between chunks of the story is really depleted funwise towards the end. This can be attributed to the enemy design. All in all i am finally not surprised that this game did not do very well sales wise. I was speechless when it was free on epic games, but now i kinda get it. I would have regretted buying it for the full price. It all came down to some poor decisions, which ultimately counteracted towards the amazing story and art direction. No wonder that it did not see more popularity, which is a damn shame, but it could've been so much better with just a few less "problems". This game has incredible ponential still, i dont understand why they did not polish the problems, but the gaming industry never makes much sense anyways. I am very eager to see how all this contributes to the success of the upcoming game and how well it will be made. I really hope for the best here, especially with the price going up again? Sorry, but the game is absolutely not worth 40€ anymore, especially not after it was FREE. I would be really curious to see statistics related to sales. It's 4,79€ on epic games btw. I think devs need to get rid of managers at this point, they just ruin anything they touch, they really do. I bought the steam version to give a little support, but would not pay any amount more than i did, which was a really tiny amount which i can't even remember.
