About

Company of Heroes 3: Final Stand introduces an all-new standalone wave defense experience, delivering thrilling, highly-replayable Company of Heroes gameplay. This standalone experience does not require you to own any previous Company of Heroes titles, making it easy for you to jump straight into the action and have fun, whether you’re a longtime fan or a new player.

Prepare to dig in, build layered defenses, and survive against escalating waves of enemy forces across 12 increasingly difficult rounds, including intimidating bosses and dynamic battlefield events unique to Final Stand.

Featuring a roguelite progression system, players construct a custom battlegroup from the ground up suited to their style of play. After each wave, choose between randomized units or abilities that persist for the duration of the run, ensuring that no two playthroughs feel the same.
Persistent upgrades like powerful perks and unique abilities will be unlocked between runs across faction-specific progression trees. These upgrades meaningfully change how each faction plays, encouraging experimentation, long-term mastery, and repeat play at higher levels.

Final Stand captures the classic Company of Heroes feeling of those pivotal moments where when faced with overwhelming odds, preparation, adaptability, and decisive command determine survival.

My library says I have about 11 hours playing this, it is much more when you launch coh3 instead of final stand directly it doesnt track play time it seems. Anyways I think this is good fun, it is a bit expensive for what it is. If you own coh3 its worth it to buy it since there's a discount. I have been playing co op with my brother a lot and it is a blast, solo play is also fun but to me a little less so. The random roll of technologies and units does make each game fun as you generally have to play differently. I would recommend this to anyone who like wave defense games
Like all CoH3 DLC, this is wildly overpriced for the content on offer. And it doesn't do itself any favors by simultaneously being a "standalone" game AND DLC for CoH3 which makes launching the game and synchronizing save data weirdly complicated. Pros: *Access to all DLC units/abilities (randomly of course) without having to buy said DLC battlegroups. *Core gameplay loop is solid and enjoyable. *Unique bosses and enemy events add some fun flavor, although they're nothing too groundbreaking. Cons: *Only launching with 5 maps is a bit strange, given that I would assume converting a standard skirmish map from the base game wouldn't involve much extra effort. *No ability to quickly move to the next wave/phase if you're ready, you just have to wait the timer out. *No point in playing endless mode, you earn NO additional rewards and are locked into the units and abilities you have unlocked. Why? Why not let us continue to unlock units and earn more powers while ramping up the challenge? *Not a lot of strategy in setting up your defenses as your FOBs are locked into position. Would be preferable to be given the ability to place these strategically at round start. *Enemy AI can often bug out. *Perk point cost/reward needs a major rebalance. It's too stingy right now. Overall this is a cool addition to the core game, esp as a "turtle" RTS player but it feels half baked currently. This could use a pretty solid revamp and a price drop to around $10 to $15 USD.
There is some technical issues like saving my perks does not always work and I have to select them again when I start the game the next day. That is maybe the biggest practical issue so far. Also probably the biggest single gameplay issue is that there is only 2 player co-op, what were Relic thinking??? Of course we need 3-4 player co-op in this game mode! Please make it happen Relic!!! And yes, it is a game mode rather than a separate game even though they want to advertise it and sell it like that. But is it fun? Yes it is! Even alone it is a lot of fun to play. And there is progression and entertaining random changes to each playthrough. I think there is no other games like the CoH series, so I am happy to spend the money to support the developers who are now independent and bringing this kind of tactical gameplay no one else provides for me for already... damn I'm so old... 20 years.
У кого не работает одиночный режим: надо подождать 5-10 минут, потом становится доступен. ---------------------------------- Играть прикольно, также есть немалый потенциал для развития.
lack of content
2026年了还能玩到这么烂的肉鸽和策略内容,简直是下限里的标杆
Why the skin pack don't include summonable units?
