Сюжет в игре достаточно интересный, но, увы, она довольно короткая. Если быть точнее, игра рассчитана примерно на 2–3 часа прохождения. Игра обладает привлекательным стилем рисовки, благодаря чему главная героиня выглядит очень мило. Хоть игра и издана Sekai Project, но секс-сцен или контента 18+ здесь нет. А так как игра от китайского разработчика, озвучка, соответственно, будет китайской (что может быть непривычно для некоторых игроков). События игры разворачиваются в мрачном будущем: астероид, бывшая «компаньон-звезда», выходит из орбиты и несёт угрозу уничтожения Земли. Элита готовится к отправке в подземные убежища, чтобы пережить катастрофу, а остальные остаются в неведении. Главный герой - один из тех, кто осведомлён о надвигающемся конце. Вместо того чтобы замыкаться в бункере, он предпочитает “жить с размахом” и проводит последние дни в обществе молодой девушки по имени Аири, встретившейся ему в дождливую ночь - так начинается их трогательная Из минусов: -Коротенький сюжет -Нету выбора -Нету достижений -Нету карточек Из плюсов: +Хорошая музыка +Атмосферно +Привлекательный стиль рисовки +Интересный сюжет +Озвучка +На игру часто бывают скидки. A wholesome, bittersweet existential story that managed to make me feel more in a very short time than a VN has in a while. It might not be for everyone but I found it charming and sad, but meaningful without melodrama. There are questionable choices, regret, reflection and despair but hope despite it all. The adult themes actually have a purpose in the storytelling and do not overstay their welcome. (And there are no H scenes, just themes that matter in the plot). The art and music were perfect for the setting and the ending is a good conclusion while still leaving it open enough to think about. I wish there was more.

Companion Star Project was supposed to be the solution to many of Earth’s problems. Find an Asteroid with similar suitable living conditions, and nudge it into the suns orbit to make it a “companion star.” A second Earth. This Project however, failed rather spectacularly and now an Asteroid is hurtling through space with Earth as it’s impact zone. Realizing there is no way to stop this world-ending event, top government officials and scientists that were working on the CS project are heading deep, deep underground into hibernation hoping to wake up again in the distant and far-off future. The end of the world is kept a secret from the public, and everyone is living blissfully unaware that they are in their final moments. The world is ending in one month and you go underground in five days. So, what do you do? Hire a prostitute, of course. Companion is a 2-3hr Kinetic VN with Mandarin voice acting. While Companion wasn’t a bad read, I didn’t find anything I particularly liked about it either. This review is negative because the ending was rather uneventful and was clearly cut short and rushed. [spoiler] You don’t have a choice at the end. The entire game was you planning on going underground into hibernation and then you change your mind 5 paragraphs before the credits. I didn’t particularly care for Airi but it would have been nice to at least have some info on how the final month/end of the world went instead of cutting it off right then and there. Additionally, as proof the game was rushed you just need to watch the opening video on the game's page and the game opening when you start. You see character sprites that were never added to the game, as well as your own character, where you actually learn his name since you don't in gameplay, Kevin. Airi's name was changed last minute from AiLi. [/spoiler] Tl;DR - Game has a decent story but it's pretty clear a lot was cut out and the ending was rushed.

Данний відгук є суто суб'єктивним баченням цієї китайської новели ----------------------------------------------------------------------- Ця кінетична новела (нема вибору гілки сюжету) розповідає нам історію любові(не кохання) депресивного вченого і в'юної ескортниці на фоні апокаліпсису котрий має статися(бо власне назва не тільки на штучну планету натякає). Обидва персонажа - психологічно травмовані (тому вони і знайшли один одного) [spoiler] Айрі (гг-ня) наприклад не вистачає любові, власне вона і займається тим чим займається, тому що це робить якусь видимість... Що саме сумне - подібна історія цілком реалістична, я чув... про подібні випадки в реалі, та й в художці це не в перше підіймається[/spoiler] Плюси - арт (але в розділі скріншотів ви майже все і побачите) (не шукайте хентайний патч, його немає)). Озвучка головної героїні, вона так чудово вичитує емоції дівчини підлітка (а Айрі - 17), з ростановкою пауз, досить прикольно слухати (китайською звісно). Мінуси - новела дуже коротка, годину на навіть вдумливе прочитання має вистачити. Ну і історія, я б не сказав що нова (про що я написав під спойлером) Все ж таки у людей є потреба - любити і щоб тебе любили.

Сюжет починається непогано, але по факту вся ця історія про "ми всі помремо" тут більше заради інтриги, основний сюжет - про сумного, розчарованого вченого і сімнадцятирічну повію (угу). Загалом непогано, хоча більшість красивих артів вже на скрінах, а фокус оповіді на емоціях і переживаннях героїв, а не сюжеті.

特價買的 覺得不值得這個價 也不值得極度好評 CG10張 畫風是不錯的 但整體體驗個人覺得真的很差 作為一部視覺小說 主要就是由故事、文字、語音組成 故事不過不失 不算很特別 但文字部份真的讓我看得頭大 文筆像是小學生文筆... 用字用詞句子結構到標點我都看得好頭疼 我想認真去細看字句都十分難受 好多地方都想給他拿紅筆圈起來 就很影響遊戲體驗和代入感 另外有配音的句子 字詞不是完全跟語音一樣也就算了 有些句子還是配音有 文字沒有 我就??? 另外語音的部分 故事裡總共有3人有語音 女主 女2和男2 大部分的語音都是在女主身上 要打動你 要讓你有戀愛感什麼的都是靠她 一開場我覺得CG還不錯 女主挺好看的 她一開口我就痿了 不是說配音員的聲音有問題 而是為了裝可愛一直保持一個很高很尖的語調讓人感覺很不舒服 不但不覺得可愛 還好想給她兩巴掌...真的CG怎麼可愛都愛不起來 我也有台灣妹子朋友 人家正常說話都比這配音舒服自然... 所以我相信是配音員的個人問題吧 有種很不習慣撒嬌很勉強的感覺 一直聽著語音我都覺得很尷尬 女2對比之下就自然很多了 雖然有時候會語速連珠炮發 男2是整部語音最好的那個 但也只是說最正常而已

Companion is an entry into what I like to call the tragic love story at world's end sub-genre of visual novels. While this 2 to 3 hour kinetic novel is not terrible, I find it very hard to recommend when it's up against much better works like Eden, Harmonia, and Planeterian: Reverie of a Little Planet that cover the same well-trod ground. Companion starts right before the apocalypse when a the narrator encounters Airi on a rainy night. Airi has a troubled home life and to get away from her neglectful mother often approaches strange men on the streets. The narrator (unnamed in the text but seems to be named Kevin based on the opening movie that plays before the title screen) is a scientist with a secret. A meteor is going to crash into the earth. In several days, he will enter into a underground bunker, part of the elite few who will might be saved, and everyone else on the surface will die. Looking to live it up, the narrator decides to make Airi his companion for the last normal days before Earth goes to the hot place in a handbasket. Companion's biggest problem is that the narrator is... well, an A-hole. In similar works like Eden and Planetarian, the protagonists are cynical, hardened men, but that is because their experiences in a hard post-apocalyptic world have broken their spirits. But Kevin has gone through no such hardships. He just seems like a robotic and callous individual that doesn't seem to care about the gravity of his situation. The interactions between Kevin and Airi are fairly mundane. A few times the story really calls attention to the fact that it's weird how everyone is going about their business as if the world will keep turning when Kevin knows the world is literally ending in a few days. As such, the story never reaches a level of poignancy that it needs to pull off a big tear-jerker moment. But I'm not positive the story wants to be tear-jerker. It ends on a strangely optimistic note, but with the apocalypse hovering on the horizon, there can be no true happy ending for Airi and the narrator.

总的来说，《伴星》算是本人推过的冷门作品中质量比较上乘的，也是早期国产GAL中相当不错的一部。剧本总体只有两三小时的流程，也几乎可以猜到结局。画面上本作虽然略显简陋，但声优的演出和BGM都属上乘。[strike]台配的爱礼嘤嘤嘤起来是真的难顶哈哈[/strike]。国区的价格我记不太清了，但总之以三四十以内的价格入手是肯定划算的。 具体来看的话，本作由于叙述的是末日之前的故事，加上画面比较朴素，主题又略带压抑，故整体基调有点类似[i]Narcissu[/i]和『雨のマージナル』。但不同于那两作完全压抑的风格，本作在压抑的大基调之下，将主角二人情感的“希望”，与世界末日的“绝望”相互映衬，而这种“希望”与“绝望”的交叉也贯穿了故事的始终，也为最后故事的结局埋下了伏笔。同时，我认为相比于大多数所谓GAL正作，本作中没有模板化的人物，没有莫名其妙的好感，只有鲜明的社会现实以及对两人羁绊与情感的细腻描写，而作者优秀的文笔与细节表现也使得略显日常的剧情也不让人感到枯燥乏味。说实话，多数废萌GAL能让读者对剧情产生多少实感？又能对剧中角色有多少共鸣呢？[strike]当然，立绘好ghs也是艺术[/strike]。至于本作的缺陷，个人认为主要是字体太小，不能截图，还有就是结局略显仓促，有点戛然而止的感觉.. 最后，本作的评论区还是谨慎些看，满是剧透不说，还有些三观不正的。而这个故事其实也告诉了我们一个道理，那即是想要收获真爱的话，首先得有钱，其次要有车，最后最好还要加上一座房（bushi

In the period before, some select few astronomers and scientists knew about the coming downfall, and as such they were bound by a severe rule, do not speak of it publicly if you want to have your place in the top secret security bunker. All didn't go as planned though as we got stopped by a sweet girl on the street and asked for money in exchange for pleasure. This was not the first time, but things ended up differently, as we ended up with the girl staying at our apartment and we evolved to become quite concerned about this girl and her situation. The story is accompanied by agreable music titles, and its art style is good. The novel is close to being fully voiced in Chinese except for our character. The CGs can be reviewed once we finish the story, as watching the CGs during the story all while reading is not completely possible as the text goes over 2 third of the screen. Overall the story is a good drama romance with some twists of fate. We encounter a few sad moments while all believing all of this is meaningless knowing the incoming apocalypse no one knows about. The feelings we have are almost surreal for the protagonist. I can recommend this novel further!

Companion is a decent visual novel about romance(?) I enjoyed its short story and the flow of it. Although my view of the characters were not the best at times but I understood them. I recommend it even for casual visual novel lovers.
