ギフトで貰ったのでやってみた。 最初に3枚コインを選んでスタート。 コインのどれかをクリックすると、自動で敵に向かってコインが移動して戦う。 普通に面白くないしバグってるぞ。絶対に買うな(´ω`)
Looks like I get to write the first review for COINS BATTLE. Lucky me. COINS BATTLE is a very low quality mobile-tier clicker game where you tap on various coins to make them "fight" other coins by running into them, just like the screenshots show. Exciting, isn't it? Yeah, I know. Usually I'd go into why this game is so insultingly bad no PC gamer should buy it, but I've lately gone through so many asset flips and game construction kit garbage, it's really refreshing that at least there's an original concept here. It's not a good concept, and it's badly implemented, but at least it's original, as far as I know. Regardless, this was dumped immediately on launch into DailyIndieGame bundles and has a ludicrous $10 USD price tag. So this is nothing but a nasty cash grab and should be avoided.

The game is simple, where you have to battle coins with higher value to obtain them into your inventory. The gameplay and soundtrack are decent, which makes it slightly enjoyable, but the repetitive behavior of the game can make the game boring quickly. However, you can unlock all the achievements within the first minute of playing, making it easy to perfect this game. Do not purchase regardless of the price. This game should have been free to play instead of slapping a hefty price tag—rate 1/10 based on short gameplay. Only the soundtrack deserves any recognition.
I've played 6 min. Completed all 3 achievements. Won half my 'battles'. Still have no clue how this game works. . . Or if this is a game at all! Avoid at all costs! Not even worth a few: Coins!
EDIT: I didn't fully realize that this game was made by Hede until a few months ago, and then I constantly forgot and remembered. Now, I cared enough to expand my review with the fact that this already overpriced game has become lusicrously overpriced, only to feed into the "Wow, what a bargain" psychology (I assume). That being said, this game wasn't worth 81 cents, or 8,19€, and it sure as hell isn't worth 97,50€. That's Hede's sense of humour for you. From my backburner of stupid purchases (basically the dark side of my wishlist), I present "COINS BATTLE". it's being sold for 8,19€, but I got it on a -90% discount for 81 cents, neither of which being an acceptable price for this. The entire gameplay consists of picking coins to battle other coins. I don't really understand how it works, but to me it feels like a coin flip (pun somewhat intended) whether you win or not. I do believe that there must be some non-transitive property like Rock-Paper-Scissors, but I think I'm giving the dev too much credit and it really is pure randomness. Either way, a bunch of things seem deterministic (like the coins you fight based on which ones you picked), but without a guide or tutorial, how am I supposed to know what beats what? I don't mind trial-and-error at all, and I could bother with discovering the basic strategy for this (even though I shouldn't and I won't), but there's a point where games become too cryptic, and even simple explanations would help a lot. The most I get is from the store page, where it says that the order of what coins you click on first matters, but I found no difference in that... Of course, that is if there are deeper mechanics than "higher is better" and/or luck, so I really am overthinking this game. Anyway, I like the idea of collecting the coins you beat and having them fight other coins in an auto battler. Some coins have trivia on them, but I guess the dev got bored at some point, so instead of trivia, we get "In the process..." on a bunch of coins. A bit disappointing, but expected from games of this quality. Also, I believe I "beat" the game, because after I pick coins, I win immediately, implying that I have collected all of them. The graphics are whatever. I don't know how much can be done, but some visual eye candy could greatly improve the quality of life. Also, the health and attack are blocked by coins if they are positioned in an unfavourable way. The sound is mediocre, considering the repetitive gameplay. However, the coin selection screen surprisingly has some atmosphere, at least it had for me. I don't recommend this game. It feels like a cash grab of the "fire and forget" kind (throw a game on Steam, never bother with it again, some sucker(me?) will buy it). I'm a professional idiot who buys such games so you don't have to.
