Retro jet fighter arcade vibes in a sexy graphics package. Balanced challenge, decent progression, local coop, and high replayability. 9/10 with the only negative being there was room to add more jets or have a kind of class selection to give players more options.
Nice mix of classic arcade shmup action (but without credits to make it last longer) with modern graphics. It's reasonably challenging, has a good amount of levels and generally feels quite good. Something like 7/10. What could make it reach that 9-10 area: Better visual contrast - the backgrounds could be a just a little less saturated and some of the enemy projectiles a little larger (and reduce those missile trails by 90%). There is something a little bit lacking in the way the plane moves... I'm not sure what it is, perhaps inertia. Improving that could also improve the game feel. Larger regular weapon variety (check out Aero Fighters 3/Sonic Wings 3). Just visited their website and it mentions those games as inspiration, so it should have been a no brainer. More music variety. I know a shmup doesn't really need it, but a tiny little bit of story could make it more engaging, like have some evil general taunt you before a level/boss battle and then curse when you take that boss down/escape or such. Also, potentially getting rid of the evasion parts in the levels wouldn't be too bad. And, finally, it is super serious overall, perhaps some weird/secret stuff could also have helped a little with player engagement. Either way, it's impressive work, especially for two people. Hopefully this project paid off and they will do something in the future.

好玩,确实看不太清目标,但是打久了看子弹就知道自己和敌人在哪。我玩的时候经常会启动时变成窗口模式,在option里把winddwed关掉就行
Truly excellent ! A real 3D shoot 'em up packed with action, you'll need to be dexterous to get to the end, it's not easy but really impressive and full of adrenaline !
keeps crashing i have 7800x3d and 4070ti so it no my system i got robed for 8 dollars!!
I don't write reviews often, but I really like this game so I must talk. Every part of this game I find really appealing to me besides 1: The Music. Its the ONE thing that made me feel like I had to write this review is that the Music is completely underselling the experience of the rest of the game. If I mute the music and put something with a bit of a drum beat or a heroic theme it makes the game feel how it seems like it should do, you're a solo pilot wrecking the absolute ♥♥♥♥ out of a million scrubs impotently trying to stop you, but they cant, you're coming for those cheeks and its just a matter of time before you clap them. all of them. Yet the music just kind of ambles along or feels almost depressing to listen to while the sound effects of all the guns, jets screaming in, AA blasting, helicopters coming in, subs surfacing, CWIS blazing... they all sound fantastic. I've not played a game like this for like 30 years and I do recommend this game completely; It plays very well, I love the mouse support. It looks beautiful and chaotic, i love the post apocalyptic vibe It sounds beautiful, all of the sound effects are really good. I cant see anyone regretting picking this up, honestly.
I just beat the game so I shouldn't really have much to complain about. I really love the game and wished it had more levels. I also hope that the mouse control will get an update because the plane doesn't keep up with cursor if moving fast in the heat of battle. Also I beat the game without special weapons because I don't know how to play on a keyboard. It would be much better to be able to use special weapons directly from the mouse.
If you're looking for a good replacement for Sky Force, look no further. If you have a powerful GPU, you can get a beautiful looking game that is almost photo-realistic. This game differs from Sky Force in that you don't really have the element of stars to unlock or upgrade your craft. Rather, each stage offers a different aircraft that offers differing abilities matched to the environment of the level. The cost of entry is so low for this quality SHMUP that even at full price it still represents great value. But if you are short on cash, waiting for a sale makes this usually less than a cup of coffee. And I can say that you'll get much more enjoyment from it that a cup of the brown stuff.
