Gráficos: 9/10 História: 9/10 Gameplay: 9/10 Som: 8/10 Obs: jogo legendado em português. Bom RPG. Vale a pena comprar.
Prequel a série Hemnant.
If you played Remnant 1 and 2 as I did before this one, and love the lore around the game as i do; then it is a no brainer. Dont run it expecting this to work like Remnant as whole tho, because it is not the same format. The aging mechanic is cool and the world building is as beautiful as both Remnant games. In terms of technical performance, with my build i had 0 issues, fps are constant and runs high even on the highest settings available.
Love the Remnant Trilogy, the story is really good and the replayability of Remnant and Remnant II make them amazing games. This is unfortunately the unloved father of both Remnant games, I got this game on sale for like $7 which for that price I'd say it's absolutely worth it. I unfortunately would not pay full price for this game as it's missing features that it claims to have (via achievements), and it lacks the replayability of it's sequels and the ability to play with others. It's a linear story and a really good intro to souls-likes, though it can be a bit clunky at times (on K&M) they combine a bunch of different actions into one keybind, which can make some actions a bit difficult to execute.
As far as souls-like go, Chronos is a very simple and passable rendition of the formulae. You only have a choice of a few different weapons and power-ups and the only real game-play innovation is the whole aging-upon-death mechanic, which sadly ends up being very underutilised. What stands out to me the most are the puzzle-led exploration, reminescent of something like Resident Evil, where you find items and gotta figure out where to used them and how, and the graphics, as they are surprisingly gorgeous for a game that came out in 2016 (although the re-release might have beneficied from a glow-up). If you want to try a simple souls-like with nice exploration and atmosphere, by all means try Chronos, but maybe wait for a sale, as the game is rather short, it took me around 8h to beat on the hardest difficulty. I enjoyed my time with the game, but I don't think I would have played it if it wasn't a prequel to the Remnant games. As a big fan of this series, it was worth it for the lore and the understanding of how the story got where it is.
This game was made for VR in 2016, so one of the first VR Games. remade for PC so the control a very kinda janky and heavy. This game work like a Resident Evil Mansion thingy, have to go left and right to go pick something to open something and blablabla, a GUIDE is NEEDED, to play for sure, If you are like me who have a bad memory or bad at searching stuff, wasn't able to complete without a guide, so if you decide to buy it, and you are dumb like me, use a guide the whole time. But i did have a fun time, and as a massive fan of the remnant series (the first one is my Number 1 Game Ever) i did had a lot of fun seeing that all the game are link together with this one too. But it's not a remnant game, it's a Resident Evil - Souls Games for sure.
Un souls like cortissimo, legnoso e poco ispirato. Grafica, audio e colonna sonora mediocre. Insomma non salvo praticamente nulla.
good game, actual gameplay is different to the remnant games despite the same world due to being a VR game from 2016 ported to PC but the story is a prequel to RFTA, only issue for achievement hunters is that it can't be 100%ed due to the developers/publishers forgot/mostlikelydidntcareaboutgivenhowtheytreatedremnant2syear2dlc about adding ng+.
