Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 23 → 0/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

very fun little game, albeit grindy.
Pretty good
Are you looking for a typing tutor that's also an RPG? If so, this will fill your oddly specific request. The big problem with Chatventures is that it's intended to be a multiplayer game, but is pretty much dead now. As a single player experience, it's fairly bland. There's no overall story; just a collection of what are basically sidequests. Many (most?) are even of the "kill X monsters of this type" form. The writing is pretty basic. Also, while I've enjoyed games with little to no graphics before, those generally had deep gameplay systems. All that really seemed to matter here is how fast and accurately you can type, as you repeat the same command over and over. I didn't get anywhere near to the end, but I didn't feel there was anything new to see. For its price, Chatventures does offer a lot of game. I almost recommended it on that basis alone. But looking back over my playtime, I think the experience was more tedious than fun.

It's really fun and a neat concept, but my wrists were so sore after playing lmao
Upon seeing this game I was immediately drawn to it for nostalgic reasons. I used to created small text-based games when I was a kid and there is something about them that just hooks me. I haven't been playing Chatventures for too long, but so far it fills a gap in my gaming that I didn't even know I was missing. The graphics are so adorable, the music and SFX suit the game well, and the interaction with the world and NPCs are so fun! As an avid D&D player, there is something really satisfying about interacting with a world through description and text.
I love the creative gameplay idea but it was just not for me. It's a little dry and confusing first time playing. This game is also a multiplayer which took me a while to understand. That makes everything quite awkward as everybody can see you struggle in the chat. They were nice about it but still. I'd say look up some guids before you play but I think Sokpop has better cozy games like Stacklands to play.
Cool if you are into MUD/MMOs. They still update it!
