Pushing the boundaries of what fans have come to expect from the record-setting entertainment franchise, Call of Duty®: Black Ops II propels players into a near future Cold War
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 5.14/day in the week to Sep 3 → 6.14/day in the week after.

13 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
13 on sale2 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 2 “not sold” markets are read from the Steam price pass of Sep 8: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price in those. The 13 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.
Latest in each market: best FR #67, worst UK #95 · 9 markets collected
US · last 30 days
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

First playthrough review time. Call of Duty: Black Ops II is a direct sequel to the original Call of Duty: Black Ops. The campaign mode is designed very well and keeps a good pace from beginning to end. The missions have more variety, and the overall presentation is better than many earlier games in the series. Multiplayer also appears more balanced and polished, making the full package stronger than the previous entry. I did not buy this game for multiplayer or zombies mode, and this has been the same for every Call of Duty title I bought till now. I mainly play these games for the campaign experience. Before this, I had already completed most major Call of Duty games from Call of Duty 1 up to Modern Warfare 3 before 2016, but this is my first time playing Black Ops II. One more thing is that Call of Duty games are priced very high even during sales, and I have mentioned this in some of COD reviews. I do not know the exact reason behind this pricing, but it stays almost the same even for older titles, is it because of extra license key generating issues or whatever the reason, the prices are way higher for what the campaign has to offer because most of the COD campaigns I played are short or very short. Even if they are great or very good, still the price is way higher for what it offers, especially for decade old games even on sale. In conclusion, Call of Duty: Black Ops II is one of the stronger entries in the franchise. It keeps the main identity of the series while adding enough improvements to make the experience better overall. The campaign mode is especially well handled, and for players mainly interested in single player content, this game is a very good choice.
The price went UP in Australia from $70 to $100. FOR A ******* 15 YEAR OLD GAME.
Seventy dollars for a nearly 14-year-old game plagued by hackers who will install malware on your PC if you attempt to play online is incredibly greedy. LOWER THE ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ PRICE.
Don't give activision your money. Game has essentially been left to rot, full of cheaters, RCE exploits and broken laggy ass servers. £35 for a game that is essentially only playable/safe offline is pathetic. Campaign and zombies are great, but wait for it to go on sale. £35 for two modes only playable offline is a scam.
cancer ridden company that doesn't do anything about the harm this playerbase can cause your PC while expecting you to splurge 40€ with no DLC and be happy about it wishing a speedy balding for Bobby ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ Edit: I guess the "tick" part of his surname emphazises what a parasite he is
