About
Forced to go rogue. Hunted from within. This is Call of Duty®: Black Ops 6.
Developed by Treyarch and Raven, Black Ops 6 is a spy action thriller set in the early 90s, a period of transition and upheaval in global politics, characterized by the end of the Cold War and the rise of the United States as a single superpower. With a mind-bending narrative, and unbound by the rules of engagement, this is signature Black Ops.
The Black Ops 6 Campaign provides dynamic moment-to-moment gameplay that includes a variety of play spaces with blockbuster set pieces and action-packed moments, high-stakes heists, and cloak-and-dagger spy activity.
In a best-in-class Multiplayer experience, players will test their skills across an immense line up of maps and modes.
Black Ops 6 also marks the epic return of Round-Based Zombies, the fan-favorite mode where players will take down hordes of the undead. Fight across six new maps, with the new Directed Mode for those wanting to witness the Zombies story with a guided experience, and Grief, a mode for those looking for a more competitive experience.

Reviews
Bought the game when it went on sale for 50% off last October. Multiplayer Improvement over Cold War, although sadly the Zombies gameplay is nowhere near as good. However, anyone buying this needs to know that the game is effectively broken now. When they released BO7 in November, they shut down the Armory in BO6 and you cannot earn certain weapons without access to the Armory. They have acknowledged the Armory is broken, and promised to fix it, but there has not been a single update in the past 3 months. I am also stunned to see that they are asking $70 for this game today (3/1/26). A game that is essentially abandoned since BO7 was released. If you can pickup the game for $20 or less, then yeah. it's still fun and multiplayer is nowhere near as full of cheaters at Cold War was. But $70? REALLY? No I can't recommend it for that price. --- Followup: 4/6/26: Armory is still not working, and they are still selling this game for $70. WTF Steam? Is this a violation of terms? The multiplayer gameplay is great. But I am annoyed that I am playing against players who were lucky enough to get certain weapons from the Armory before they shut it down. C'mon Activision! Fix the Armory. And no, I am not interested in buying BO7. Speaking of which, it is also annoying that this game requires the Call of Duty launcher (there is no entry in your Steam library for BO6 once you buy it - you need to install "Call of Duty" on Steam, which is their launcher. BO6 is a DLC for Call of Duty, and you need to check mark it in the DLC properties of Call of Duty. The damn launcher just required me to download a 23GB update which is all for changes to Warzone and BO7. Why? Why not just allow us to launch BO6 directly? ---------- Updated 6/1/26: Well they FINALLY fixed (enabled?) the Armory, so we can all again grind for unique weapons, perks and attachments that you can't get through normal progression. Gee thanks Activision, it only took (check's calendar) six months! The game is at least complete again in that regard. Still a ripoff for $70 considering Black Ops 7 has replaced it. If you can grab it on sale, it's now worth it with the Armory back online. Multiplayer is better than Cold War, although I do miss COld War's more open and approachable Zombie game. I have played BO7 and it's not as good IMO. Too many futuristic pew-pew weapons for my taste.

挺好玩的游戏,很久没打枪的朋友可以来试试。

The best CoD since Cold War, marred by the lack of offline support, the endless multiplayer aesthetic pollution, and a naff campaign antagonist. Otherwise, a huge amount of fun. Looks great, sounds great, solid Zombies, fast and frantic multiplayer. Likely the last great Treyarch instalment.
