I bought the game on sale. Even though a lot of people talk bad about it, I don't think it's inherently bad. I really like the counter-terrorism setting with realistic skins and flags that you don't usually see in other games. Big kudos to the design itself. Gameplay-wise, it's rather mediocre. The AI bots don't do much and are poorly optimized. The enemies aren't really smart either. Still, I brought the bots along every time. Despite that, it's still fun. I've now beaten the game on medium difficulty and am going to tackle it on hardcore next. The weapon selection and customization options pleasantly surprised me. Even though there aren't that many levels (12), the selection of weapons and attachments is quite large. No two levels are the same. Every level has a different map and it's varied, even if some levels visually don't fit Burkina Faso that well and look rather American instead. It could have used one or two more desert or jungle levels. What I also find a real shame is that there are no achievements. They could have made that a core part of the game—for example, beating the game on every difficulty, killing 100 enemies, etc., just like all the other games have. The best part about poorly produced games is usually the achievements... for me, that's actually the biggest negative point. However, I've played significantly worse games and have even returned some of them. I will keep following the development and am excited to see what's to come.
this game like ready or not! brutal missions, brutal ai. if you are bored after ready or not,try this!!! thx for the dev!!!
Takes some getting used to for sure. Had to set all settings to low just to have a smooth experience. Excited to see where it goes.
Has great popential but you can see from the intro proloug that it needs alot of working on
identico a ready or not ma con grafica pessima e pessima illuminazione globale
убивать террористов
This game is VERY unoptimized. Even with the lowest graphics it lags a lot. My ai team doesn't do anything. They just die. I also experienced issues when dying, I would have to replay every single map I completed up until that point. So sometimes I would progress pretty far before I slipped up, and get sent back to the first map. I gave up after a while. Other than that, it has controls similar to Ready or Not which I love, and it's more open accommodating for semi-warfare simulation. I enjoy it, but it needs a massive update. I'd recommend getting it on sale, not full price
I have bought it at the last steam sale for about eur 8. I completed mission 1, started mission 2 then abandoned it while in progress. In the mission menù i have no option to replay mission 2. I have to restart again from mission 1. Game does not save progress. At the current state, i don't recommend it. I tried twice and it happened exactly the same. So I uninstalled the game. It is not playable.
I think with time the game will be better and eventually will get better updates. The missions are alright for early acces, but need improvements. One of the things I noticed was that AI prefers to engage you in places where you wouldn't see them like a blind spot on stairs or behind the doors etc. The level design is meh. Nothing really special, repetitive even. Gun play is exactly what you'd expect goin into this game. The shotgun of this game btw, is THE most op weapon. Just run around and shoot people you'll finish the game in 30-45 mins Speaking of runnin n gunnin: U can't do that. You need to stop runnin manually and then shoot. Please devs, fix this. This is the most frustrating design flaw in the game. Or maybe you just wanted to make a really hard game for the player, but failed that overall and decided to add the ''no shooty while runny''. Also, there are sometimes suicide bombers in the levels? They insta kill you, and I think that's beutiful. Not a big fan of them screaming *Allahuakbar* it gave me an heart attack. I really think adding suicide bombers was a great choice. Please work hard on this and make a good fps out of it. Today's market really needs a good fps game. If you only aim to make a ''Ready or Not: Isis Edition'' then f*ck u. Also for the love of god tell your voice actor to stop PEAKING THE F*CKIN MIC.
Good Imersive run around the bush and shoot bad guys & try not to get hit
