Do not be fooled by the low poly asthetic and chill lofi music there is nothing relaxing about this game, if you dont mind not getting any of the achievements (by using the third person camera) the game is fairly fun to play, if however, your stupid (like me) and decided, to attempt to get any of the perfect achievements, good ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ luck, especially when you get to level 38 (in europe) the reality the scale of task your aiming to complete starts becoming clearer, trying to reverse 2 absolutely huge fridge trailers connected by a dolly (blindside cause when technically theres space, realistically there just isnt enough space to complete it from the other direction), you end up spending days on end just trying to get past one level with a 5 minute time limit, i wouldn't wish getting the achievements on my worst enemy, its like if euro truck simulator 2 and dark souls had a baby. 999 hits / 10
Like many I loved the idea of this after the RCE video. It should scratch that itch that ETS never did for parking. I love games like this, and recently forced myself through a similar game of Scania Truck Sim.(All about raw skill at low speeds) I'm playing on a deck and it works fine. Low FPS but playable. Vehicle handling is nice for an indie title. Just the right level. But... I wouldn't recommend it *currently*. Really hoping they fix some stuff and make this great. It has potential. - tutorial goes from "teehee move a truck" to "park this double articulated thing backwards through a maze". A little odd ramping. - the camera keeps randomly resetting to different views and it's often hard/impossible to use indoors third person. - sometimes get hit notifications too early. Fine if the game didn't rely on pixel-tight turns. Hitbox prob needs some tweaks. - knowing the direction of the parking at the start would mean not having to replay levels just because you didn't guess correctly. - my truck got "stuck" as in wouldn't accelerate twice on the same map in the same place. It looks fun guys, and I genuinely believe it has potential. I wish it was a little more zen than rage inducing that's all. Closer to Hotline Miami for trucks than ETS. I'm not gonna refund this yet as I think (hope) it will improve with time.
everytime i see a double trailer i cry and alt f4
Feels good apart from the mirrors being useless. Even with 4k res the mirrors are too pixelated and dark(?) to be useful.
As the type of guy that likes the very short contracts in games like ETS2 or ATS because I enjoy parking the trailers, this game scratches an itch. The rise of difficulty for me personally seems a little bit off. And sometimes the hitboxes are not 100% accurate, but apart from that I enjoy the design of the levels and of the game itself and really like the Idea behind it. At least for me it will be a third person parking simulator because I won't bother driving backwards with 3 dolly trailers in first person but without taking the "challenge" too serious (because there is no scoreboard unfortunately) it's a lot of fun.
geiles game
Less of a "backing up into a tight spot" game and more of a "look back into this super tiny spot that you need to solve a puzzle to get your truck into" game. Disappointed.
Great game. Im just too bad at parking...
