Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Sep 10 → 1.57/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

If you have an ultra wide monitor, don't bother at has no aspect ratio setting and everything will look stretched. The port is terrible. Also, if you're thinking to play local co-op using a pad, the 2nd player stick controls are backwards with no way to edit. You're maximum resolution is 1920x1200.
The original game was perfect. This remake has a crazy light flare bug so annoying that I could not even finish the game.
ANÁLISIS DE BROTHERS: A TALE OF TWO SONS REMAKE
Absolutely no emotion for the characters except the griffin. Very short, no dialog gives no empathy for the characters. Left thinking "well why would you do that", "what? that dad could've died a normal death and his son not die like THAT?!?" Odd game. Feel like I wasted a fiver and four hours.
Bought this game as a couch co-op to play with my partner. When starting up the game and going for the co-op mode, the game warns you it isn't meant to be played like this. Please listen to this if you're planning to play in co-op, don't do it. If you play the small brother, you will only use the right part of the gamepad. Yes, you can only use the right stick for movement, the left one does nothing, this is a remnant of the original singleplayer mode. Super clunky stuff. The puzzles are quite easy and don't offer a real challenge, the gameplay is really only meant for single-player so in multi, it's quite boring. Plus points for the graphical presentation, some of the vistas are really well made . All in all, don't bother for couch co-op.
This game is simply a MASTERPIECE. It is a very short but trully engaging experience! It is amazing that even though the language spoken by the character is not a real language (but it has some words very similar to Arabic), but the overall presentation of the characters and story makes you understand perfectly the feeling of the characters, what they are saying! The best part of this game was the death of the old brother. The animations of the character (the younger brother), he crying over his dead brother, the music, all the mood, it is a trully emotional moment. I played this with my small daughter, it was a great experience. 100% Recomended!
5/10
Pros: +Pleasant visuals +Good sound +Fairy-tale-like story +Interesting and engaging single-player experience Cons: +Awful coop experience +Unpolished interaction +Glitches On one hand, it features a short but engaging adventure experience. You don’t understand anything the characters are saying, as they are using a made-up language, but the story is designed so that you don’t have to, but still sometimes it would be nice to have some explanation. As a single-player game it features extremely simple interaction, but controlling two characters at once is nice. However, if you want to have a nice co-op game to play with friends - don’t. Even though it is advertised as a co-op, even when you just start the game it tells you that it contains the possibility of 2 player cooperative mode, but it was not designed for that and it is intended to be played in single-player mode… And the camera controls and behavior are extremely strange. In general, a single player experience is 8-9/10, but coop is 1/10.
The Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is a game that I unfortunately did not enjoy very much. Even though the game has some good things, such as the beautiful environment, the music, and the funny and nice language, I think there are many things that make the gaming experience boring. the puzzles are too easy.. Most of the time, it is quite obvious what you are supposed to do. You often just have to make the brothers work together in a simple way to move forward. Because of this, it does not feel very satisfying when you solve a puzzle, since you rarely have to think very much. The game is super slow and boring. it can feel like you are just walking around without anything interesting happening. This made me lose interest and just want to move on to make sure the game end. However, there are some things that I really liked. The environment is very beautiful, and the game has many nice and interesting places. The music also fits the atmosphere very well and makes some scenes more emotional. In addition the language is funny and nice which gives the game a special feeling. Overall I think The Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons is a rather bad game. even though it has a beautiful environment, good music, and funny and nice language. The difficult controls easy puzzles short length and slow pacing make the gaming experience less enjoyable. I therefore think the game could have been much better.
