BoomBox Remastered

Amazing VR rhythmic game. I actually prefer this kind of game than something like Beat Saber - in Beat Saber, on more difficult maps you basically need to memorize the map, or keep your focus on trying ot recognize the direction of arrows on distant blocks. In Boombox everything is clear - this great visibility lets you focus on hitting the drums, without worrying you'll misinterpret some symbols. The drums are angled, so you can perfectly see from which way they should be hit. And the game encourages you in the tutorial to use your arms instead of wrists, and mapping in the official maps is definitely made with this in mind. As for the selection of songs, it's pretty good, and you can download community made maps as well (there's even an achievement for playing a custom map). Highly recommended.

A must have if you love rhythm games like me, it is a nice addition to my VR library. The levels are fun and challenging and will make you sweat. I really like the remastering of the game, everything feels more crisp. The fact that you can download custom maps in game is also huge plus.

I was a fan of the original Boom Box and was very eager to jump back in when the Remastered version was released. The developer provided a free key to test the beta version. This remastered version has been a blast to play. If you like rhythm games I think it's a must play. I would recommend you try the harder difficulties if you are a seasoned rhythm game player and definitely check out the community maps. Highly recommended.

So glad to see boombox return, the game retains the same charm as the original. I had the original game and loved it, and with the new backend it seems to look and run better, it is a great rhythm game that makes an excellent workout. The game is releasing in early access but don't let that scare you off the devs are passionate about this game and have a few things to check off their todo list before final release. This is a great, fun game at a very fair price.

Im very happy this game is back and looking amazing and its better then ever. A VR Rythm game you have to own. I like it alot. I may not have many hours on steam yet but i do on standalone i have alot. And then there the adorable cat you can pet and adjust the looks of when you unlock items

A fantastic title that takes VR rhythm games to a new level. The whole thing is so full of synchronized, precise, and accurate feedback that it constantly pushes you to improve. There are also tons of songs, both from the official soundtrack and those made by the community (which can be used directly in the game), making the game practically endless. There are even fitness maps that allow for high-intensity workouts to the beat! Fantastic!

This is so much fun! 🎧💥 If you love music games, BoomBoxVR Remastered is an absolute must-play. The mapping is incredibly satisfying, the visuals are crisp, and the gameplay is pure addictive fun. I love the selection of environments, and the tracklist is an absolute blast to play through. Plus, it's a great way to get a fantastic workout in right from home! :) Cannot recommend this enough — I rate this 5 out of 5 Ninjas!
