Review from my spouse who plays via the family sharing - "Fun and addictive game. Game plays in two parts where you place tiles like Tetris, while controlling a knight through your hand made dungeon defeating monsters and completing the quest goals. Each tile placement acts as the end or start of a new turn where enemies can act and I often want to just keep placing tiles, but forget to play as my knight sometimes. It's a great challenge and quick to pick up on the rules and balance. Plays great on Steam Deck and on the Steam Controller too which is my fave way to play." I like the game too, but am sorta bad at it. She loves it though. 10/10
A clever, cute, well executed puzzler.
Ya did good, SquareAnon. It's a fun bite-sized game.
I love Tetris and I've come to really love roguelikes with a shtick, like Slay the Spire. This game is such a fun mix of the two, which makes my brain happy. It rewards and also punishes the part of me that likes to stack too high in Tetris, for different reasons. It can get pretty challenging at times, especially if you want to 3 star all the quests. I got this on sale for 20% off, but it's worth the $10 to me. I saw something in the codex about different outfits but don't see where to do that... yet?
Fun little game, well worth the money!
.
I am absolutely terrible at this game and i keep playing it. Dungeon crawler plus tetris but you control when the pieces fall.
