Controls of this game is very bad - very slow and sluggish

I have to give the developer kudos for being so brave as to try something completely different for a game of this nature. These types of games are usually reliant on tight control systems and an expectation that the ball will obey the laws of physics but this maverick clearly believes those are alien constructs to be avoided all costs. The ball frequently defies physics by bouncing in the complete opposite direction to where it should go based on the objects it is bouncing off and, on several occasions, reversed direction in mid-air without hitting anything. This only occurred when I collected a bonus and my paddle was too far away to react though. On top of that, when you do collect a bonus (quite a few of which are actually instant death), the button to use the weapon appears to change at random. I had a lot of fun with this but only because I couldn't stop laughing at how utterly ludicrous everything about it was.

At no point when the devs were making this did they ask themselves if they'd enjoy playing the final product.

If there was a Steam Award for worst developer / publisher I would vote for EnsenaSoft. Terrible graphics, controls... no music volume option, just like every game of them... it's garbage.

Despite it being only a $1, it would still probably be a complete waste of a good dollar simply because of how unpolished the game is. Sluggish, unresponsive controls making you miss the ball are the most likely reason why you would fail a level, alongside the ludicrous bonuses you can collect when you break bricks. The ones with positive benefits are alright but the negative ones sometimes just makes you outright lose the level. Just a terrible mess; avoid at all costs.
