BLIND QUEST - The Ivy Queen

Unfortunately, the other reviw is right: The game is just broken. Unlike the first part, no explanation of controls when starting, so I pressed every single button on my keyboard. Looking at the steam screenshots, the game should be starting The Dark Cell, but the first tile is labeled Port of Willow City and you cannot navigate away from it. Don't get it until it's fixed.

It doesn't currently work for me. A spinning cog when the game starts never gets to the map screen. Thus the game is unplayable at this time. Avoid until fixed. Such a shame as the previous games were good.

As of March 5th, 2025 the game is still broken

I am a blind user and enjoy these types of games for their pure audio nature. However, with this game it seems I can’t even play it from the start. I open the game and it tells me how to start a new game, but there’s no instructions screen explaining controls. And when I get to the prison cell, it doesn’t tell me and I can’t move at all. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall the game. If it doesn’t work after that, I’m going after a refund. Such a disappointment for a series that has otherwise been fantastic.

"I bought the game yesterday during a sale, but it doesn't work. When I open the game and press Enter, it shows the introduction, but I can't do anything after that. During the combat test, everything stays silent, even when I press all possible keys. I tried contacting support via email, but received no response. Do not buy this game unless they fix this ridiculous issue that prevents players from actually playing.
