5/5 8-bit pixel animation and short & sweet gameplay.
if you don't like the usual rogue like player upgrade progress that makes you overpowered, and instead prefer game skill progression. Then this is for you. This game sometimes feels like one finger death punch
fun game, but someone had the bright idea to flash the screen randomly cuz thunder for some reason makes you completely blind, so now you go a boss that basically one shots you right when the screen goes completely black this is why I make my own games
Desafiante? si Injusto? Si Recomendable? SiIiIi!!!
Hyper minimalistic retro game visuals, snappy and tight gameplay, good hook and loop, amazing soundtrack! Its a nice and cool little game with levels that doesnt overstay their welcome. The only negative I have to say about the game is; for as cool as the visuals are they're also very one-note which made me disengage after a while. Some more variation for the eyes would have been ideal.
it feels and plays like a little mobile game, a time killer. It's a shame because the art, cutscenes and the overworld are great to look at and play in; this game went down to 2 bucks with steam sales so i thought why not give it a try, it's the art that drove me to buy it. But unfortunately the gameplay loop is very repetitive, it's some kind of roguelike survival game (with souls combat), but the way it's pulled off is very artificial and forced. You enter a level which is basically a plane with some decorations, attack, dodge, kill enemies, then you gain exp and get onto the next level, repeat for at least 12 times. The game uses this old styled arcade formula you would see on some old games, which is not bad per se, but it just doesn't mix well togheter with the overall game. This game would be way more successful if the levels were connected somehow, if you added some story elements, i don't know even puzzle elements as well? Levels should have meaningful things inside, gimnicks. It's very much lacking, invest your time in something better
