Awesome game.
Bleach Rebirth of Souls is a big title based on the anime after a long while. I didn't have the playstation so I haven't played the old console game and after that it seemed the IP was contained with Mobile Gacha games. I am a big Bleach fan and I had a decent time with the game, given that this was gifted to me, I think I got the most out of it. I was happy to revist the story and I think it was covered in a good format. It's not on the animation level of let's say Naruto Shippuden Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, but its good that it looks a little different. Completing the main story with all secret moments and then doing the secret story is the crust of the game and I nearly finished and got all the achievements in about 36 hours of play time. The characters look great, have difference in their fighting style, soul based moved and all kikkon (ultimate) moves are great to watch. There is a little different rythm to this, as it's not about dominating a fight. You might dominate some fights and then the oppponent goes to bankai and nearly kills you off, as he takes a lot more health slots then. The game is not very balanced to online play, it can be cheesed. There is community support work to patch new characters and balances for the games that I read but I haven't tried any myself so won't comment on them, they look cool though. The game is decent for buying on sale. The anime fans will get some fun out of it, people who have not watched the anime, will just feels it's weird or janky. overall 6-6.5/10 for anime fans 4-4.5/10 for rest.

オサレな演出の大部分である虚閃のSEや技のBGMがまったく再現されていないのが残念。 アニメ本編が長いためダイジェストになるのは納得だが、初見の人が理解できないレベルで重要部分をカットしすぎな印象。 少ないムービーの完成度は高いものの、キャラの動きやセリフに違和感がある （倒れた時に斬魄刀が地面に刺さっていたり、時系列がわからなくなる） 戦闘時のもっさり感は非常に残念だが、キャラクター愛にあふれた演出が多いため概ね満足 とりあえず、原作かアニメで補完しながらやるのがいいと思うので BLEACH好きは基本的に買いだな
