Дякую Blacksea Odyssey за відмінну гру. Рекомендую усім та буду радий, якщо колись з'явиться локалізація українською.
Fun arcade roguelike space monster hunter. Not without flaws, but satisfying combat.
It's a fun game but it takes work, but that's what makes it great as you feel you really earned your victory.
ripping eldritch fish apart is a gleeful experience for my sadistic eyes
fun
awsom game
I wasn't sure whether I would enjoy this game judging by mixed reception in reviews. I can say after having played it some things: -There is a large luck component, but for me the game was fun enough most of the time, and your risk of having to spend too long on enemies depends on what spear you chose as well. -Creatures are awesome, pretty creative game. It has a lot of character. -There is moderate jank on a relatively regular basis. -There was this one issue of the loading screen being stuck in limbo, pretty sure someone posted a fix in discussions but haven't tried it. -I found the movement okay enough, boosting a bit weird not sure. -I really loved the strategy involved in killing boss monsters, and even regular enemies, and that you feel rewarded for putting planning into your approach and use of your gear to destroy them limb from limb. -Final boss seems to ask a lot more of you and you kind of seem to need some limited loadout in mind prepared for it. -Having another option for avoiding damage would have been nice. -I think the bullet hell projectiles at often times later in the game do not suit the movement syle so well and you kind of need to use brute power to overcome the challenge before it overcomes you. My overall thoughts are that it is a fun romp, however the experience has not been tuned to completion, so as it stands it may be too coarse for prospective players. IDK
Bunch of cool enemies, bosses and different possible builds. Not endless, you can get around 15-30 hours of content.
Fun game, ive had it for quite a while although im not nessecairly skilled at it, would reccomend it to people who love rip and tear type games.
Does the idea of Space Moby ♥♥♥♥ and tearing apart giant monsters limb by limb make you go '♥♥♥♥, that sounds awesome'? Then - but if and ONLY then - you'll like this game. The ideas that Blacksea Odyssey are built on are seriously shouldering the entire thing. If the ideas appeal to you, then the sheer visceral satisfaction of the part-ripping gameplay will offset the incomplete designs and dodgy balancing. That's about the best I have to say as a review. Even though I really do enjoy it myself, I'd give this game a neutral rating if I could, because the level of questionable design prevents me from truly calling it outright good.
