Сама локация смотрится несколько небрежно и костыльно, модели какие-то угловатые, как для Юнити, текстуры выглядят странно. Мне не понравилось освещение, оно здесь не естественное какое-то. Проблемой левел дизайна тут ещё являются повсеместные невидимые стены, которые блокируют игрока, если он решит отойти чуть в сторону от единственного сюжетного маршрута. [h1] Итог: Банальный симулятор ходьбы, без интересного сюжета, без хорошей нарративной подачи, со слишком примитивным игровым процессом на 20 минут игры. [/h1]

Всем привет, наткнулся в своей библиотеке на Bird Watcher. Запустил и прошел на одном дыхании, но это и не удивительно, ибо история крайне короткая. Повествование идет от лица взрослой девушки, а описывает она свои детские воспоминания. Перед нами история одного дня, одного часа, но на деле это история нескольких судеб. Первое впечатление от игры было плохим. Картинка заметно подлагивала, невидимые стены закрывали проход в интересные для меня зоны, но все это пустяки, друзья, Bird Watcher симулятор ходьбы на полчаса, так что тут главное сама история и подача. Нашел все записи, прочувствовал историю и мне правда понравилось. У меня специфические вкусы на компьютерные игры, но думаю и надеюсь, что такое можно советовать. Желаю всем приятной игры.

C'est une balade tranquille accompagnée d'une musique paisible, la voix de la narratrice est très agréable. Le tout donne une ambiance un peu mélancolique. Il m'a fallu une trentaine de minutes pour aller au bout de cette histoire que l'on découvre peu à peu à travers diverses notes et photos. J'ai pris mon temps sans abuser, j'aime simplement observer les lieux dans ce type de jeu, l'environnement est d'ailleurs plutôt correct. This game is...nice. But man, that voice-over narration. Perhaps the kindest thing you can say about the narration is that the (French?) woman has a pleasant voice. What she DOESN'T have is the ability to get through a single sentence without mispronouncing at least a quarter of the words. She also has a bizarre tendency to stop for extremely pregnant pauses, like she's reading...the words...for the...first time ever. As in, reading THOSE words, those ENGLISH words...for the first time in her entire LIFE. The writing itself also appears as a kind of pidgin English - no pun intended, given the game's subject matter - but it still "reads" a hell of a lot better than she does. Another criticism, which is clearly not the narrator's fault - unless she's also the lead developer! - is that the narrated passages often overlap each other, meaning you don't get to finish hearing the last one before the new one rudely cuts in. I mean, it IS a shameless "walking simulator", with a teeny-tiny map, so maybe refrain from putting a RUN button in next time if this is the price to be paid. And the invisible walls can get pretty f*ckin' aggressive at times, too. Which is all quite a shame, since it's a nice enough game beyond these definite shortcomings. It's also an all-too-brief experience, clocking in around the fifteen to twenty-minute mark (maybe thirty if you reeeeally take your time). There's the semblance of an interesting story here, and a generally agreeable aesthetic both visually and aurally, but even the current asking price of two dollars isn't justified by the rather anaemic product on offer. I'm going to recommend it, but only to the most forgiving followers of walking sims, and only at a discount of 50% or more. It's a demo, with a scratch track in place of a proper narration. What it's doing on Steam for more than zero dollars and zero cents is anyone's guess. A VERY poor man's Gone Home or Edith Finch, at best (with an easy 100% for the Achievement-watchers, if such a thing might hold sway). Verdict: 5.5/10. Очень короткая игра про девочку-сиротку. Приятный голос рассказчицы. И такая прекрасная музыка, которая задала большинство атмосферы, лично для меня (если кто-нибудь найдёт музыку из игры, то напишите её, пожалуйста, в комментариях). Многим она может не понравится, так как короткая, может в чём-то, как пишут "сопливая" или скучная. Что нельзя ходить везде и стоят барьеры. Но у кого были похожие ситуации в жизни (как в игре), те оценят её. П.С: Ведь это так важно, найти умиротворение (после игры это понимаешь вновь).

[h1] Achievements [/h1] Es gibt 5 Achievements und alle sind während eines durchspielens zu bekommen. Wir müssen einfach jeden Brief/Fotos lesen und alle Dialoge anhören und das Spiel beenden. It's pretty bad, there is so few happening that I can't even write a review.

It's really not too bad, it's just extremly short. The bit of story the game has is all right, gameplaywise you pick up notes, photos or interact with some items.
