BioShock is a shooter unlike any other, loaded with unique weapons and tactics. Complete with an arsenal of revolvers, shotguns, and grenade launchers, players will be forced to genetically modify their DNA to become an even deadlier weapon.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 11.43/day in the week to Aug 20 → 18.86/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the 2,419 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 14: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

es muy buen juego lo recomiendo bastante
A timeless classic that still holds up remarkably well. Rapture remains one of gaming's most unforgettable settings, with an incredible atmosphere, memorable storytelling, and satisfying combat. Even years later, it's easy to see why BioShock is considered one of the greatest first-person games ever made.
To be honest the game is great i cant lie i bought this in a huge deluxe pack while it was on sale with some other Bioshock games and dlcs and i decided to play this one first over the original, also the game looks great sometimes but in the scene with the burning debris in the ocean it just really didnt look very great at all for a game made in 2016 and i checked out the original and in some moments the original looked and played alot better.

Story – 8.5/10 BioShock's story is one of its strongest features. The way it tells its story through the environment and audio logs works really well, and there are several moments where I found myself just standing still to listen to conversations unfold. It keeps you invested without constantly interrupting the gameplay, and the atmosphere of Rapture makes every new area interesting to explore. Gameplay – 6.5/10 The combat is fun, especially when combining weapons and plasmids, but it becomes repetitive after a while. Fighting the same enemy types over and over starts to wear thin. The research camera is an interesting mechanic, although taking photos of Little Sisters feels pretty weird. It's a unique idea, but that part never sat right with me. I played my first playthrough on the hardest difficulty, and I actually enjoyed the challenge. It forced me to stay mobile during fights instead of standing still and tanking damage, which kept combat more engaging throughout most of the game. Hacking & Safes The hacking minigame is a creative replacement for traditional lockpicking systems and fits the setting well. Economy The game also throws an excessive amount of healing items at you, along with way too much money. On top of that, your wallet is surprisingly small. One trip to a U-Invent or vending machine can empty your wallet, and before you know it, it's full again. It never really feels like you earned the money because the game constantly floods you with cash. As for the safes, the balance feels off near the end of the game. Many of them are barely worth opening, and paying over $200 to instantly unlock one when an Auto Hack costs around $60 makes almost no sense. Even on the hardest difficulty, it often felt too easy to survive by constantly healing while using the classic shock-and-whack strategy. A little more resource scarcity would have made the difficulty feel more meaningful. Overall BioShock Remastered is still a really good game, with mechanics that feel unique compared to most modern games. I'm happy I picked it up on sale, and I enjoyed it a lot. The gameplay can become very repetitive, so I didn't really find much reason to revisit older areas unless you're going for achievements. The economy and resource balance also make the hardest difficulty easier than expected. Even so, the unforgettable setting, atmosphere, and narrative make it a game that's absolutely worth playing.
