Set approximately 10 years after the events of the original BioShock, the halls of Rapture once again echo with sins of the past. Along the Atlantic coastline, a monster has been snatching little girls and bringing them back to the undersea city of Rapture.

Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.29/day in the week to Aug 21 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

The hood classic.
The Best Daddy in Rapture
Bioshock 2 does a great job expanding the lore of Rapture and skillfully adds new storylines and characters not mentioned in the first game, without creating contradictions. Compared to the first game, the story here is more personal. It tackles the very complex questions of the relationship between parents and children. Through the main character and his daughter, the game shows that parents are role models for their children. The story of Delta and Eleanor is very emotional and heartfelt. The gameplay has become better and more enjoyable. You no longer have to switch between plasmids and weapons separately. They removed the different tonic categories and the useless item crafting. The shooting feels much more satisfying. The graphics have improved, and the underwater city has become even more atmospheric. What's the best weapon in the shooter Bioshock 2? The drill, of course. The impact of its hits feels great, and using it is a pleasure. And when you get the Drill Dash ability, the gameplay becomes many times more fun. I also liked that elements of the tower defense genre appeared here. When you need to protect the Little Sister while she gathers ADAM from an "angel", you can prepare the surrounding area using trap rivets and set up mini-turrets via the hack tool. Although setting up an effective defense isn't possible everywhere, it makes gathering ADAM easier and adds variety to the gameplay. Speaking of the hack tool, you can perform remote hacking with it, which adds dynamism to the game. The hacking mini-game itself has also changed. It's become faster without losing its challenge. And now, hacking no longer pauses the game, thus adding tension to the gameplay. The main thing is to try different plasmids, as this makes the gameplay easier and much more fun. For example, I love the Hypnotize plasmid; by the end of the game, I constantly befriended another Big Daddy, and the two of us destroyed everyone together))). If you didn't like the first game for any reason (if you did, then I recommend it even more), then I highly recommend playing Bioshock 2. It offers a better gaming experience than the first Bioshock.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

Awesome game!
POV: you adopt daughters and solve problems with a drill.
a massive upgrade from the original I love that hacking now it skill based and doesn't take a whole minute to do and that they made it so you have abilitys in 1 hand and a gun in the other, I didn't even use the abilitys bc I was so janky to switch between them and weapons, love that they added more enemies the first game lacked type of enemys I just wish the game was longer
Slow start, emotional powerhouse finish.
good game, had some crashing here and there but still more stable than the remaster version. the main story is as good as the 1st game, which is great!! i played the DLC a bit but didnt like it that much, kinda hard for me and The game feels a bit repetitive. but that just me, with big discount it shouldnt be a problem, u may end up enjoy the DLC
100/20 aprobado
Interesting story writing and the nuance of the horror really cool. This game become parts of my interest.
