Bingus: My Beloved

Long story short the game is not finished and has been dead in the water for four to five years. I have no clue how this game has a positive review average with the fact it's a money steal but, who knows. Positives: -Bingus -Kinda decent writing -Fun mini games Cons: -Hasn't been worked on in years -Continuity errors with the writing -Bugs/errors in the game -Again not finished and nothing from the creator -Achievements are bugged. Don't buy this game save that five or so dollars for something better.

Aside the low quality of the story, it's important to know that there are only 2 chapters available and there won't be more as the author stated in the discussion. I discourage you to buy the VN, even on sale, not even for the achievements as they are bugged as well.

This game is not marked as early access even though the vast majority of it is unfinished. It's been well over a year since any development updates have come out.... or any updates at all, for that matter. The devs have gone radio silent and won't even talk to community moderators. Don't buy this, not even ironically, until they can get their act together.

I don't like to give bad reviews but unfortunately this wonderful little game is unfinished. I didn't play long enough to get to the unfinished part but I accidentally came across the reviews that note it suddenly ends. .. I don't see a point in digging into a story that has no end of intentions of being finished. The art and humor, stupid cat references are amazing and I'd love to see it finished. Luckily I didn't pay full price or anything but man my free time is so limited it was such a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bummer to learn.
