I finally got around to playing this game and I can't recommend it. It hasn't aged well. The controls are finicky, the puzzles easy and repetitive. The humor is doesn't quite hit the mark. The hardest part was trying to figure out what I was suppose to click on next. Most of the gameplay is waiting for the wolf to walk across the screen to the next puzzle.

Not an adventure game. Awful puzzle game. Tedious and mediocre puzzles that repeat themselves, just longer versions. Used a guide for most of it, which is pretty unusual. I didn't really "beat" the game, but I just don't care. It's done and I can never think about it again. Don't buy this game.
very fun but idk if it is really "family friendly "lmao
Tags: Adventure - P&C - Point&Click Additional Tags: Delete Local Content & Remove from Library TLDR: Low energy plot and characters. Riddles and puzzles are not typical point&click inventory types instead being minigames of drawing lines, placing tiles in logical sequences etc. Very unfun and short.
Brilliantly absurd, this game puts you in the slippers of the most unexpected hero — Big Bad Wolf himself, turned vegetarian, would-be genius, and reluctant champion. Brimming with puzzles that tickle the mind and stories that poke fun at fairy-tale tropes, beneath the humor lies thoughtful design, balancing sharp wit with engaging challenges that make you smile while you think. Imagination runs wild in this world of twisted fables and eccentric characters, injecting new life into tales we thought we knew, inviting us to laugh at familiar archetypes and love them all the same. It’s not just a puzzle game — it’s a theatrical comedy with a mischievous heart, intertwining logic, story, and charm into something that feels utterly unique. Games like this are rare treasures, giving players clever brainteasers alongside a genuinely funny script. Giggles and “a-ha!” moments arrive in equal measure, garnished with clever writing, whimsical artwork, and a delightfully quirky atmosphere. Genuinely underrated, this is a hidden gem worth rediscovery — great proof that intelligence and comedy can coexist in gaming. Beyond the puns, beyond the fairy-tale parodies, there’s real heart here, because the wolf isn’t just a caricature, but a character you root for, flaws and all. Breaking from tradition, he isn’t wicked but wonderfully odd, bringing a sense of freshness to every twist in the story. Riddles abound, puzzles challenge without cruelty, rewarding patience and persistence with that wonderful spark of satisfaction. Rather than tedious repetition, the game embraces variety: rows of logic puzzles, spatial challenges, math riddles, all woven into narrative. Refreshing, inventive, and deeply enjoyable, it proves itself again and again. Adventure games often lean on dialogue or fetch quests, and yet here is one that dares to make the puzzle itself the core delight. Astonishing, really, how well it works: a fairy-tale courtroom, a wolf defending himself with wit and intellect, a cascade of clever trials and comic encounters that feel timeless. In an industry quick to forget oddities, this one deserves remembrance. It takes bravery to be this unusual, inverting tropes, poking fun at heroes and villains alike, inspiring us to see fairy tales in a new light, inviting us to embrace both laughter and challenge. Not enough people have played it, and that is a shame, not when it offers so much joy, humor, and cleverness. Never has “Big Bad Wolf” felt so endearing, now recast as a lovable oddball whose brainpower is his greatest weapon. Wonderfully weird, beautifully brainy, witty in ways few puzzle games dare to be, woven through with charm, humor, and sly self-awareness. Whether you’re in it for the riddles, the story, or the sheer originality, wolfish grins are guaranteed from start to finish. Overlooked but outstanding, it’s a perfect pick for puzzle lovers, offering dozens of brain-teasers wrapped in playful satire. Only a studio unafraid of strangeness could have made this, and it shows — in every joke, every character, every clever challenge. Like a stage play brought to life, it enchants with theatrical flair. Logic, laughter, and lore collide in spectacular fashion, leaving you both entertained and enriched when the credits roll. Long after you’ve solved its final puzzle, the wolf remains in memory — legendary proof that fairy tales can be funny, smart, and fresh again. For anyone seeking a hidden gem, this is it: funny, intelligent, and unforgettable. Few puzzle comedies shine this bright, forever cementing Big Brain Wolf as a game that deserves far more love.
Although this games does have its own twist to the world of fairy tales and a nice cartoonish art style, Big Brain Wolf though does make it hard to try to figure out where all the puzzles are hidden, where you need to click to find where you need to go next, and the character moves at a slow lazy paced. I want to give this game some love but the art alone won't be enough and you're better off playing Professor Layton if you want good challenging puzzles, interesting plot, and a character that doesn't move slow.
Shockingly bad in record time. Very clunky and unresponsive, obnoxious characters. Wanted to stop before I even hit 10 minutes.
