Beyond Good & Evil - 20th Anniversary Edition

I found this to be more enjoyable than the original. The environments are much more beautiful, particularly the nature. The plants and grass make the game much more immersive, and the lighting makes interior levels much less plain. The gameplay feels no different, and the controls feel great. Maybe it's just nostalgia, but there was a charm to the original faces that is lacking in this remaster. The faces almost look to shiny or smooth, especially around the noses. They feel like they lost something that gave personality. I notice this more with Pey'j and other characters more so than Jade. The performance of this game has been far better on my computer than the original was on steam. Haven't experienced any technical issues.

TROP BIEN, ça fait plaisir un jeu qui s'instslle et tout fonctionne direct, et sous Debian 13 Trixie( Linux), jeu favori, tourne nickel sur un vieux i7 4ème gen avec NVIDIA 1660 parfait!!!

Que ilusión me ha dado volver a jugar este juegazo! Ojala Ubisoft saque la segunda parte... Ubisoft hazlo. Hazlo por los fans de esta gran joya.

For the love of god just buy it. I missed it back in the day, and i cant imagine how good this had to be back in 2003. UPlay didnt make a single problem for me and the remaster is really good as well. There is just one sound file that they obviously forgot to remaster. You will hear it, but it wont matter.
