Beastieball

this game is a gem. from the narrative to the mechanics to the visual design to the sound design of the game, I don't think I have a single complaint about any aspect of the game. The story is well done, and I love how interacting more with the characters fleshes out the world that they live in the design of the besties, and the mechanics behind the gameplay are both incredibly well done, to the point that after every time I beat the equivalent of a gym leader in this game I ditched my old team to basically start from scratch again and make a new team to see what new beasties and new strategies I could use the songs and the sound design is also incredible, I actively want to listen to the music as opposed to most games where it's just passable, I'd love to buy the ost at some point the biggest sour spot I could say about this game is that it's still in early access and as you get towards the end of the game there are obviously placeholder assets for some animations and the like but the game is functionally complete and I say a complete joy to play

Game is an absolute banger with a wonderful soundtrack. Extremely rare a game makes me feel the magic that Paper Mario TTYD did when I was a kid but hot damn this game has the sauce. I could not believe the reveal of Sports Kings song this game is awesome

dude. this ♥♥♥♥ is kicking my ass. ♥♥♥♥ yes i think the demo should be a little longer to really let you get a feel for how battles work... but other than that this game is awesome. my funny creature collector where sometimes they get into interpersonal relationship drama. hell yes. more please

the gameplay is fun and the story is decent. it's not fun at all to grind up a dream team in the single player campaign only to have it ruined by balance tweaks for PvP

20 ноября 2025 года приобрела игру Beastiball. Думала, что будет очередной CTRL C + CTRL V с "покемонами", но ошибалась. Честно, эта игра приятно удивила. Она до сих пор в раннем доступе, но здесь столько контента, что глаза разбегаются. Я люблю играть неспеша, протискиваясь в каждый угол карты за очередным секретом или подарком. Взаимодействие зверьков между собой и игроком милые и немного душевные. Был момент, когда Шёрстка (Хваташек/Fetcham) вёл себя очень импульсивно (когда ему давали мяч, выскакивала характеристика ЗАПАЛ), что раздражало товарища (Крольтектор/Bandicraft) по команде. После нескольких битв они отошли и переговорили это. После чего больше не припирались. Похоже произошло между Пулей (Асподач/Servace) и Атомом (Дебагыч/Debugly). Пуля всё время "предупреждала" родственную душу о мячах, из-за чего тот просто не успевал ловить их или получал больше урона. И так несколько раз. После чего они тоже отошли и поговорили. Больше Пуля не была такой заботливой.) Если судить вкратце, рекомендую. Да, она до сих пор в раннем доступе, однако игрушка развивается и здесь проходят внутриигровые ивенты, такие как "большелунная тусовка зверьков". Перевод на русский язык довольно хороший. Редко встречала "артефакты" или ошибки в грамматике. Думаю, игра стоит свеч.)

this game is great . it's easy to get hooked on, it seems pretty interesting at first but as soon as you complete the first half of the story it just feels rushed. yes, i know that i bought an early access game, but in my honest opinion it doesn't feel complete whatsoever, especially when it comes to ranked matches. the characters you battle against don't even seem like they have a soul, the battles become pretty repetitive and when you reach [spoiler]geo city[/spoiler] you begin to realize that this is all the content you're getting. there are tons of unfinished beasties with sketches instead of actual sprites, even in the ranked battle with [spoiler]elena[/spoiler] (which i expected the least). if the updates keep coming this game will become brilliant, but for now it lacks many things
