Still fun, and the fight scenes are hilarious as always :D . This comes with the 'enhanced' version, which is good, but I prefer the original. It uses DosBox and works great on my Windows 10. It doesn't have any added modern features though such as graphics filters, screen resizing, controller support (for when you just wanna sit back and relax), online co-op (but 'Remote Play Together' here on Steam is always available to compensate)... NOTE: Do not set the computer player to 'modem' because the game will freeze :P

Like some other players I was experiencing a crash problem with the Enhanced version i.e. ERROR 01 PRESS LEFT KEY OR ENTER TO CONFIRM. In an attempt to get past the problem, I re-started and saved the game before the crash, with the idea of reloading the game, to avoid re-entering many moves. Not only did this work, but the program seems to have stopped crashing! I'll keep monitoring and see how it goes. The options to save and load can be viewed by pressing the Mouse right click button and then selecting Disk.

El mejor juego de Ajedrez que he jugado. Me encanto volverlo a jugar me pudo la nostalgia. La unica pega es que los audios no estan bien sincronizados y no son como el original.

This version did not down load, what down loaded was more like figures made from blocks.

I started playing chess because of this game. It is just so fun to watch those pieces fight each other!

Garbage crashed while castling on the first game I ever played in enhanced game. Total ♥♥♥♥ not worth the money. What a piece of garbage game! I am going to seek a refund.

Old but still enjoyable chess program. I would love it if a updated battle chess came out.
