O jogo é legal, mas os controles deixam bastante a desejar. Se resolvessem isso ficaria bem melhor. Roda tranquilamente no Linux.
Batora: Lost Haven is a vibrant and ambitious action-RPG that blends fast-paced combat, moral choice-making, and cosmic adventure into a compact experience. Developed by Stormind Games and published by Team17, it follows Avril, a young woman thrust into an interplanetary struggle after Earth suffers a catastrophic event. Her journey begins with grief and confusion but rapidly evolves into a mission that spans multiple worlds tied to elemental forces. From its opening moments, the game positions itself as a coming-of-age tale framed through the lens of interstellar destiny, asking players to guide Avril not only through battles but through difficult moral decisions that shape her identity. At the heart of Batora’s gameplay lies its dual-nature combat system, which distinguishes between physical and mental energies. Avril can shift instantly between a melee-focused physical form and a ranged psychic form, and most enemies are vulnerable to only one or the other. This core loop encourages constant switching, positioning, and rhythm-based decision-making, keeping battles brisk and kinetic. Each form has its own skill tree and rune enhancements, offering modest customization that lets you tailor Avril’s strengths. When the system flows well, combat feels energetic and responsive, with satisfying transitions between sword swings and bursts of psychic power. It is a system that thrives on momentum, rewarding players who are willing to adapt rather than rely on a single strategy. Batora’s aesthetic presentation is one of its most consistent strengths. Each planet Avril visits is visually distinct, marked by bold color palettes, imaginative architecture, and environmental designs that blend mysticism with sci-fi flair. Whether traversing ruined Earth constructs or alien jungles infused with elemental energy, the environments feel curated and stylistically cohesive. The soundtrack, composed by Ron Fish, amplifies this worldbuilding with sweeping melodies and atmospheric cues that elevate both exploration and combat. The overall production design works hard to pull players into the game’s emotional and cosmic stakes, giving each world a sense of wonder even when gameplay pacing falters. However, the narrative—while thematically compelling—often struggles to maintain its emotional momentum. Batora aims to explore weighty subjects such as grief, responsibility, and the morality of sacrifice. Avril’s internal conflict, combined with her interactions with alien civilizations, sets the stage for a story that could have been genuinely profound. But the rapid pacing undermines this potential. Characters are introduced and then thrust into dramatic story beats before players have time to build genuine attachment. Moral choices, intended to challenge the player’s values, can feel abrupt or undercontextualized, leaving their outcomes impactful in theory but muted in practice. The game touches on deep themes yet rarely lingers long enough to fully develop them. This tension between ambition and execution also appears in exploration and puzzle design. While the planets offer striking visual diversity, their layouts often funnel players down straightforward paths with limited opportunities for side content or discovery. The puzzle elements exist to break up combat but seldom offer meaningful challenge or creativity; some, like rolling-ball sequences, may even feel repetitive or out of step with the game’s pacing. Similarly, enemy variety is modest, and combat strategies evolve only slightly over the course of the game. These limitations aren’t deal-breakers, but they contribute to a sense of untapped potential. Despite its shortcomings, Batora: Lost Haven succeeds in delivering a focused, stylish action-RPG with a clear identity. Its dual-nature combat adds a layer of dynamism uncommon in similar isometric titles, and its visual and audio presentation consistently enrich the experience. The game’s relatively brief runtime—often around six to eight hours—makes it approachable for players who want a self-contained adventure rather than an expansive RPG commitment. In its best moments, it captures the thrill of cosmic discovery and the tension of moral consequence, even if those moments sometimes feel fleeting. Ultimately, Batora: Lost Haven is a game defined by its ambition: it reaches for emotional depth, mechanical uniqueness, and grand cosmic storytelling within a streamlined framework. While not all of its ideas are fully realized, the experience remains engaging, memorable, and filled with distinctive artistic charm. For players who appreciate fast-paced action, striking worlds, and narrative choice-making without the burden of long-form RPG systems, Batora offers a compelling, if imperfect, journey across the stars. For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Combat killed this game for me. Just doesn't feel good at all.
