It is fun enough, but with enough strange design choices like the lack of even miniscule persistence between runs or the limit to only one active dungeon at a time that leave you questioning if the developers are done making it. It relies a lot on theming for hype and excitement, but without that - or after another failed run from bad luck without even reaching a real boss - the excitement wears thin, and you question why you aren't playing something else. I retract my earlier statement that the game is fun - it has the balance of a hippo being told it weighs as much as a fly. It is terrible at best and a joke at worst. Unfortunately, you cannot refund your game if you got it as part of a gift pack, even if you bought the gift pack. At least it was on sale.
Just beat the main ending for the first time, the game is very fun. The difficulty seems a little high at first but after a few runs you get used to it, and once you get some items things get a lot easier. Coop is very fun.

Absolutely fantastic game, hundreds if not thousands of hours. random generation, random runs. some can last 5 or more hours, some can last 30 seconds into the first floor. Theres so much variety, and the devs are active and are still working on new content! AAAA GOTY content right here. Bought it on sale, and almost immidietly went and bought all the dlc just to be able to experiance this gem in full and support these amazing devs. 10/10

Barony is a First Person Dungeon Crawler wherein Characters are temporary and expendable. You choose a class and race for a "run" and then start at level/floor one. You go through each floor killing mobs and looting to level up your character. Death is generally run ending, sending you back to the character creation screen. There are loads of secrets to explore, along with a variety of basic puzzles worth solving. Time is often not on your side, but the path to victory is worth beating the odds. Fun game. Bit of a learning curve. Only Eight hours in, I haven't solo beat a run yet, but I am working on a three player run right now. I do enjoy the Conjurer Class the most so far. Graphics are simple, but styled and enjoyable. FPS is good, I've have zero issues. In eight hours of playtime, i have had zero crashes, so the game appears stable. I would say this Game is worth the price, as I find myself looking forward to playing it on my days off, and enjoy it with friends as much as I do alone.
I dont know if i Had a lot of fun, Not sure what i think of the rats in the game. They are pure confusion inducing creatures!
