Driving a muscle car on edgy cliffs?! Sounds like a bad idea... But actually it's quite fun! Car physics will make the game-play control easy, but hard to master!

Plus une démo qu'un vrai jeu, on s'amuse les 10 première minutes, les environnements sont corrects mais la physique bancale et les voitures fades finissent par lasser. à moins d'un euros pour essayer sinon abstenez vous!
best game ever
Visuals are ok. But that's basically it. Physics is out of this world. "Driving" feels like you're moving 50 tons on an ice. Even though you may be close to a full stop, stepping on a brake makes steering non-existent. This means you can "drift" even when barely moving... Yet, when going at full speed over a hill, the car stays glued to the road. Oh, and sometimes it self-accelerates, even when driving up the hill... Admittedly, it's more fun when driving faster, but it is still weird, that slow speed makes so much trouble. I don't understand, why would you need unlimited nitro, when you can hardly drive without it? And sounds are ridiculous too. Where else did you hear shifting gears while in reverse? And the sound of tires squealing is always the same, even when you're (yes, again) close to a full stop. Need for speed? More like need for standing on a brake so you don't fall off an ice cliff. Nevertheless, I would still recommend the game, because it has a potential, but it seems that the dev has given up on this game years ago… so, I can’t.
Pretty basic but fun enough, and the vistas are nice. It's interesting working with only one lane's worth of space, too, when most racers at least give you a full two-lane road. It's nothing earth-shaking but it's okay.
The basic idea of the game is fun, but the physics implementation is simplistic and the presentation janky. No controller support on menu screens, no camera options when driving (it seems like these were available in previous versions based on some LPs I've seen), no configurable settings, incorrect display handling. My display is 1920x1200 and the menu screens go beyond the edge of the screen - years back the dev said that support for more resolutions would be added, but the game looks to be abandoned. Which all adds up to "the first time I've actually requested a refund on Steam".
Pretty poor seeing that the game runs like a demo and is very limited in having different settings so that you can have level like settings. This may give the game more depth. If you're in love with car/track games hard to control and a $3.00 sale. Maybe go for it..

I mean it's pretty awful lol. I got it for free and even then I wasn't like wow'd. Played it before and after the 2.0 update where the controls changed and it's somehow worse. The momentum feels so random and it's like driving on ice instead of a road. There is a nitro option but it's completely useless as the tracks are so windy that you are never able to maintain a speed to warrant nitro because the handling is so awful. Braking even a slight amount can fish tail your car no matter the speed you are traveling at. Some of the tracks have environment set pieces that extend onto the track that can send your car flying by slightly hitting them. There is also no natural progression in level difficulty as the easier ones obviously have wider roads and less hair pinned turns. The menu is simply pictures and names of the levels with no indication of if they are considered difficult or not or if there is even any measurement of difficulty in this game. The next menu is where you choose your car that has no impact other than the visuals of the vehicle as they all handle and sound identical. When you beat a level you have to stop at the finish line and each level varies in the length of road after the finish line so some are easier to stop on that others. After finishing a level if tells you your time it took to complete the level; as far as I know this time is never recorded anywhere so you can't see how you did after leaving that screen and I never had any desire to replay a level so i'm not sure if it tells you if you did better or worse than your previous runs. Visual wise I mean it isn't bad but obviously this isn't a AAA game. The sound design is horrendous. All of the car noises are horrible, there is no in game way to turn down the incredibly loud sounds and outside of the menus there is no music. Performance wise at least it now runs at a solid 60 fps and there isn't any lag like there was prior to 2.0
Unfortunately a very simple game that does not meet today's standards even at a very cheap price. A timer during the "race" would have been an improvement. It has 360 controller support, but I couldn't find a way to start a race without using the mouse, so had to constantly switch. EDIT: Ok I played the game some more, and it did start to become more fun, there are still some significant issues with it though, some of which might be easy to solve. Suggestions in no particular order: Sound controls - I couldn't find any in game Full controller support for the menu Camera controls for when going up and over peaks or down into valleys where the static camera doesn't give you much to go on. More variability in car handling, I honestly couldn't say whether the car choice was cosmetic or had any impact. A ghost car for replayability and to give a "race" element A highscore for times A Gold/Silver/Bronze for times Have the finish time pop up sooner - There is a 5 second delay between crossing the finish line and getting the results. During and after the wait for the time post finish the car is still driveable and driving off the track appears to count as a fail even after you get the achievement for the track. I would suggest disabling the car post finish. Add in more confirmation buttons like before starting a race, before leaving the post race time display etc. The game just throws you into and out of the race on its own timetable. Add clear instructions somewhere before the race, it is not obvious that you need to come to a stop after the finish line. Then some possible bugs: The handbrake doesn't work when driving in reverse (whether that matters or not) About half the time I found that just tapping the brake would bring the car to a complete stop unless I got back on the accelerator making it hard to coast around new sections of track The check for whether the car has run off the road appears to be too trigger happy, several times I clipped the edge of the track only to recover the car, but the game had already decided I had fallen off and kicked me out to the menu.
