Good pick for those new to the platform punch pow genre. Ok full price best deal on discount as its not a well rounded game, it has its strengths and weaknesses. Strengths being everything involving punch pow kick and the progression/roguelike aspect of it. Weaknesses being story and dialogue. A good game, could have been a great game but its not bad by any stretch of the imagination.

A gorgeous and satisfying roguelike sidescroller in the vein of Dead Cells. You won't be disappointed if that's what you're looking for, and it really is just preposterously pretty. Screenshots don't do the animations justice.

From absolutely stunning art to an insanely customizable web of stacking mechanics, this game rivals the likes of Binding of Isaac: Rebirth and Hades. I would go so far as to say the moment to moment gameplay is similar to Hades, but the level of customization and choices you have far surpass it, IMO, and I've already put many hours into Hades 1&2. Cannot believe I didn't play sooner, and it somehow is only just getting started. Starts out a tad slow, but ramps up every single run before it even starts throwing pure difficulty modifiers at you. You will see a new room every attempt for at least 20 attempts, assuming you make it past the first progress checks. The fact that every character has... let's say... multiple choices to be made BEFORE a run drastically increases replayability and the want to grind and grind.
