BEST GAME EVER?
I love Assassin's Creed II. the writing is great and the parkour is the best it's ever been. But this is just an embarrassment of a PC port. You need a Ubisoft connect account to play the game, which is horrible for game preservation as needing an internet connection to play a singleplayer game that you payed for is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid. But all Ubisoft games have that and some of them have semi-functional PC ports. Trying to rebind controls in this game is completely broken. You can rebind them all you want but once you want to confirm the layout it often refuses to save. And on controller it's even worse. Instead of just using Xbox 360 or PS3 buttons, it uses the in-universe action buttons. Which is fine on paper, it adds immersion. But the layout is so abysmal that trying to figure out what does what is near impossible. I love this game, but I should not have to troubleshoot for 3 hours and still have to make compromises for things to work.
Buggy and the controls are weird on keyboard & mouse, same as AC1. Not recommended.
NOT USEABLE WITH CONTROLLER
this game is so well it runs on 2 cores and 2 threads 8gb of ram and no grapfich card i reccommend this game 100%
I remembred playing this game as a kid but replaying it now i ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ hate it Combat sucks Parkour and even simple ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ running/walking has to have multiple keys when there could be one Ezio Retardo when having job of just walking forward fast obviously has to jump from one carb to another in zig zag manner then divebomb the street bcs why ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ not This is literally first game since 10+ years where i almost broke my keyboard from just beating the ♥♥♥♥ out of it Childhood memories were false
