a Serious Sam clone by Saylor. with weapon similiar to XM214-A minigun at least 666 bullets as minium and bang bang until that big red demon (boss) die in every level, and you are done. circa 15-20minutes to master it.
Assassin of Demon is a first person shooter. The player is provided with several weapons tanging from a fist. pistol, shotgun, machine gun and more. The game comes with 10 levels that can be accessed from the main menu. To find the skull you need to kill the main boss: this ends then ends the level when you gather the skull. One boss is on each map that may be slightly harder to kill. Be wary that if you are knocked off the platform you will have to load the level over. I played this on my Dell Precision 3480 with Intel Xe Arc graphics and RTX A500 graphics.
More shovelware slop from "Saylor Games", the latest alias of Tero Lunkka. You start off at an off-centered main menu with the text "main menu" at the top. There is a low-quality, AI generated, stretched background. As for the actual gameplay... it's abysmal. For whatever reason you have 10,000 health... perhaps it's to compensate for the generic, tanky, braindead AI. The environment is similarly poor - overexposed lighting and tons of random Unreal Engine assets scattered about. Oh and the audio is horribly unbalanced. I stopped playing after about three minutes, when I pressed ESC to try to pause the game and it instead went back to the main menu.

Short FPS. Most enemies you can avoid by running. Most Bosses are decently easyish to kill. Easyish Achievements, 100% / ~40min.

I think there is a lot of potential if you go back and spend a bit more time on this game: https://youtu.be/Mf2WdLtXgms
Assassin of Demon is a straightforward, combat-driven indie shooter that places nearly all of its focus on relentless demon hunting and weapon-based progression. Developed and published by Saylor Games, the title embraces a no-frills design philosophy rooted in classic first-person shooter traditions, prioritizing constant action over narrative depth or mechanical complexity. From the outset, the game makes its intentions clear: this is a linear, mission-focused experience built around clearing levels, defeating demonic enemies, and pushing steadily toward a final confrontation. The premise is simple and functional. Players take on the role of a lone warrior tasked with eliminating a powerful demon and its forces while recovering stolen magical skulls scattered across hostile environments. Storytelling is minimal and largely conveyed through objectives rather than cutscenes or dialogue, serving mainly to contextualize the ongoing combat. This stripped-down approach keeps momentum high and ensures that players are rarely pulled away from the core loop of exploration, firefights, and boss encounters. Gameplay centers on classic FPS mechanics with an emphasis on weapon variety and enemy pressure. You begin each level with modest equipment, but progression quickly introduces heavier firepower such as shotguns, miniguns, rocket launchers, and more experimental weapons that add variety to combat encounters. This steady escalation creates a sense of empowerment, as stronger tools become necessary to deal with increasingly aggressive and durable enemies. Health pickups are scattered throughout levels, encouraging forward movement and risk-taking rather than passive play. Enemy design reinforces the game’s emphasis on constant combat. Basic demons attack with firearms or magical projectiles, while more dangerous foes bring heavier weapons or explosive attacks that demand faster reactions and better positioning. Encounters are often direct and intense, with limited downtime between engagements. Dying sends players back to the start of a level, reinforcing a trial-and-error structure that rewards learning enemy patterns and optimizing weapon usage rather than improvising recklessly. Boss fights serve as clear milestones within the campaign. These encounters are more demanding than standard combat, often combining increased enemy durability with higher damage output. While mechanically simple, they function as effective skill checks that test whether players have mastered movement, aiming, and weapon switching. Defeating these bosses provides a tangible sense of progress and often ties into achievement unlocks, adding small incentives for completion-minded players. Visually, Assassin of Demon reflects its indie scope. Built using Unreal Engine, the game delivers serviceable environments and readable combat spaces without aiming for cutting-edge presentation. Levels are designed primarily to support combat flow rather than environmental storytelling, with enemy visibility prioritized over visual detail. Sound design complements the action with clear weapon effects and enemy cues, helping maintain situational awareness even during chaotic firefights, though overall polish remains modest. Progression systems are intentionally limited. Outside of weapon pickups and level advancement, there is little in the way of character customization or long-term upgrades. This keeps the experience tightly focused on player skill rather than stat management, but it also means variety comes almost entirely from combat scenarios rather than evolving mechanics. Replay value is largely tied to achievements and the desire to improve performance rather than discovering new content paths. Community reception reflects this narrow but focused design. Players who approach Assassin of Demon expecting a compact, action-heavy shooter often appreciate its directness and low barrier to entry, especially given its frequent discounts. Others criticize its repetitive structure, basic presentation, and lack of depth compared to more ambitious FPS titles. Expectations play a major role in enjoyment, as the game offers little beyond its core promise of demon-slaying gunplay. Ultimately, Assassin of Demon succeeds as a small-scale, action-first indie shooter that knows its limits. It does not attempt to reinvent the genre or deliver complex storytelling, instead offering a short, combat-focused experience built around weapon variety and steady enemy pressure. For players looking for a simple FPS diversion with a clear objective and minimal distractions, it provides a functional and occasionally satisfying journey. Those seeking polish, innovation, or narrative depth may find it lacking, but within its intended scope, Assassin of Demon delivers exactly what it sets out to be: a lean, unapologetic demon-hunting shooter. Rating: 5/10
