Aseprite

I've used Aseprite here and there over the years. But only recently have I really found myself diving in after I started making a game on an ESP32 Cheap Yellow Display. This program ROCKS! I was able to quickly make 52 cards with limited pallet and small size look amazing! And the process chain is a breeze. I also love the LUA scripting support! Farming that off to AI has let me create entire automated workflows that meet my exact needs. Even allowing me to export sprite sheets to a custom file-type for my needs! Annnnddd now I'm addicted to making sprites and seeing them run around in my little game world!

its a simple pixelart app and works on low end devices (like mine) and i love it i like drawing :33

не работает ДМИ расширение на асепте,для другого попросту приложение не нужно,так же отсутствует обучение хоткеев а так же и русификатор нормально не работает. не советовал бы учитывая что я купил это приложение для выше редактирования ДМИ а он попросту не хочет их поддерживать даже с расширением.

It's a great editor for making sprites, or any pixel art really. I wish that it had a working text edit function though. for now, windows defult Paint is better for a lot of boardgame, or dnd related creation. but hopefully one day, aseprite can be good enough to replace paint all together. something I would like to see, other than the most important, a working text editor. would be, more shape tools. (star, slanted square)
