Sistema de venta del contenido jugable por piezas o DLC; un modo de juego con potencial para dar lugar a muchas variantes que nunca llegaron a ocurrir; sistema de interrupción de turnos de otros jugadores que ralentiza y frustra constantemente el gameplay... Armello es una buena prueba de concepto, malograda desde sus inicios por una avaricia desmedida y una pereza consentida en un desarrollo que apenas se lanzó el juego, se detuvo para centrarse en contenido estético (o contenido adicional de pago que no modifica la base).
It's quite an engaging digital tabletop experience with rpg elements. I've played the mobile version readily for about 6 years and I finally got the pc version on a steam sale. The UI with controller was a great surprise, there's alternate cards available, and the 4 new dragon clan chars are interesting to try out. The artwork is beautiful with the animated cards, different dice skins to unlock, and the four seasonal board themes. Lisa Gerrard from the gladiator soundtrack contributes a wonderful voice. The four person multiplayer match can be a blast but the Armello LFP discord channel may be necessary to shorten the sometimes lengthy que time. The bundle is a steal on steam sale but worth full price for those into well crafted digital board games.

A GREAT GAME
Unfassbar gutes Spiel.. eine Kombination von Siedler von Catan und Fantasy // Märchen - nur eben mit antropomorphen Tieren als Helden. Kreativ. Spannend. So sieht gutes Gamedesign aus.. und das, obwohl Armello bereits zehn Jahre alt ist <3 Leider leidet Armello an einer extrem geringen Spielerzahl, welche das Finden von Multiplayerlobbies fast unmöglich macht. Im inoffiziellen Armello Discord findet man jedoch eine äußerst loyale Community und somit auch regelmäßig vollständige Lobbies und das eine oder andere (Mini-)Turnier :)
