Charts
Each storefront's own chart, in its own country — the closest public signal to sales where none is published. A country missing from a list is one we don't collect there, not one where the game doesn't chart.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 50.86/day in the week to Aug 25 → 92/day in the week after.
One market had a chart position on both sides of this cut. One sale in one country is an anecdote — read it next to the store-wide figures below.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 24 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 9 places towards #1, and the moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.

FEATURES
ARK: Survival Ascended has completely recreated and redesigned the artwork and worlds of ARK to take advantage of the latest in videogame technology, Unreal Engine 5, using high-end graphics features such as fully dynamic Global Illumination (“Lumen”), so that light bounces realistically off of surfaces and provides realistic reflections, and advanced mesh streaming (“Nanite”) of hundreds of millions of triangles for extreme detail.
Advanced new physics systems such as dynamic water so that every creature creates waves, ripples, splashes, and bubbles as they move through fluids, and fully interactive physical foliage where every blade of grass, bush, and tree reacts to characters, explosions, projectiles, and physics objects. Knock down a tree, and see it crash into other trees and disturb all the foliage on its way down to smacking into the grass below! Detect an enemy moving sneakily through the grass as it shifts and sways in response to their presence. Demolish a building and watch the pieces break apart realistically, interacting with the grass and water as they fall.
ARK: Survival Ascended includes access to all of ARK’s worlds, including Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, ARK Genesis Part 1, ARK Genesis Part 2, and more. The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration and The Center are released now, Extinction will be released on December 16, with the subsequent expansion worlds to be added at no additional cost on a regular basis.
The definitive survival experience returns better than ever: design your Survivor, form a tribe, and tame, train, breed & ride dinosaurs within a living ecosystem. Watch your food, water, temperature, and weather patterns. Slowly expand outwards as you harvest, build structures, farm crops, customize your visual designs, and proceed to explore to uncover the true nature of The Island and the worlds beyond.
Thorough Quality of Life revamps in every area: redesigned User Interfaces, dynamic navigation for intelligent creature pathfinding, Wild Babies, Photo Mode, new Camera systems, new Map system, Tracking System, new Structures and Items, new Creatures, and much more.
Cross-Platform Modding: Download & play new custom content created by players, including new maps, creatures, items, and game modes, through a dedicated mod collection directly within the game! Enjoy an endless stream of new ARK content as the creativity and talent of the community is fully unleashed for the first time ever across gaming platforms!

If you are someone looking for a living ecosystem don't bother with this game. I know nothing about creating games but surely adding some basic behaviours like hunting when hungry could have been added? Maybe not, as I said I know nothing of this but the world feels so lifeless. Really not a single player game or something you could play with a small group of friends. Feels like a game that needs multiple groups in a PVP setting to actually be interesting. -No sense in the majority of the spawns. Found a area with 8 rex's just killing everything. A lot of places on the map are just stuff killing other stuff all the time. I guess it's to clear the area for new spawns but what's the point when all the new stuff just going to get killed right away? -No intelligence. Aggressive creatures just spawn in and start killing everything. It would be cool if they worked off a hunger system or something. Or had routines, even basic ones, but they just wander around killing stuff. -No packs/herds/etc. Nothings moves as a cohesive group unless it's aggressive creatures chasing stuff down. Would be nice if creatures moved in groups (as appropriate for the species) from point A to B just to add some life and intelligence. A lot of the time I found herd animals on their own. Haven't seen aggressive creatures attacking other aggressive creatures so again, no ecosystem. Though I could be wrong and just haven't seen it. If you like this game, great. I just didn't like this and I don't think I'm the type of player this game is for.

everytime there a update its 200gbs and it less gbs to uninstall hole game and reinstall it
I genuinely wanted to like ARK: Survival Ascended, but the performance alone makes it incredibly difficult to recommend. Despite having a fairly powerful PC, this game ran like utter ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥. The performance is all over the place, and the fact that a game can look this rough while running this poorly is honestly impressive in the worst possible way. I shouldn't have to fight the game itself just to maintain a playable framerate. And then there's the fact that ASA just feels completely different from the original ARK. Obviously, some changes are expected with a remake/remaster, but a lot of the things that made the original feel intuitive now feel awkward or unnecessarily complicated. The keybinds are an absolute mess. Yes, you can change them, but the fact that you basically have to spend time fixing the controls before the game feels remotely comfortable is ridiculous. Some controls just don't feel like they were designed with the same thought as the original. Overall, ARK: Survival Ascended feels like a game that should have been a massive improvement over its predecessor, but instead feels like I'm constantly compromising between performance, controls, and actually enjoying the game. If you already own the original ARK, I'm not convinced ASA is worth the upgrade unless you specifically want the visual overhaul and are willing to put up with the performance issues. The original may be older, but at least it feels like it knows what game it wants to be.
the idea behind the game, the gameplay and the design is peak its also very fun to reinstall a 200gb game everytime there's an update
