1/10 Don't trust the screenshots. This game is selling itself on its visuals, and yet it chooses a rubbish resolution and won't let you change it - even with supersampling. Played on Vive pro 2080ti. Looking absolutely hideous.
Don't be fooled by the fancy screenshots and promises, this is nothing but shoddy VR shovelware.
Sorry, this is shovelware. The controls are rubbish, objects don't remain in the same orientation or position when being picked up. For example after picking up my lighter a few times (had to put it down to pick up other objects), it would attach to my wrist facing up and outwards. I think the 150 quotient being referred to in the description means frustration tolerance. At least I got it in a bundle with other games, haven't paid full price for this.
Valve Index

Update 7/11/2018: I am changing my review to a tepid positive recommendation. A lot of the issues still exist. However, my main complaint about frame rates has mostly been resolved, although it's still not what I consider great. It still doesn't run buttery smooth, there's some jitteriness still. However, the game is playable now at least on my rig and there is a major graphical improvement. The other issues weren't really addressed. I had some problems with items in my hand doing weird things. I would rate game a 5.5/10. Just barely recommendable.
Experienced on the Oculus Rift with Touch Controllers. Spoiler-free Review.
I really don't want to give this game a negative review, because I do see the potential. I just can't recommend the game as it is right now. There's just too many problems with the game. If the game is updated, I would love to change my recommendation to a positive. So this is an Escape Room game. I spent 2 hours and was unable to complete it. The graphics are beautiful. You have a really big environment to explore with several rooms and hidden areas. The main problem, the reason I am giving this a negative review right now, is that the game runs poorly. I had low frame rates and after setting a few books on fire a la Fahrenheit 451, my system came to a complete crawl. It was uncomfortable to play to say the least. Teleport is the only kind of locomotion available. I would have preferred full locomotion with smooth turning, but none of that is available. In fact, this game has no options for anything. It's also kind of dark, although you can light everything up so that it isn't as bad. So I won't complain too much about that because at least it's part of the gameplay. Some items were on the floor and they were hard to pickup. Some actions you have to reach pretty high and it was difficult to do that. So make sure you can touch the ground and pick up items from the floor before you even start the game, and as far as reaching high ... well, make sure you are tall or that you can jump. I did get stuck on one of the puzzles. So I only played for 2 hours. I think I experienced most of the game. I was frustrated by some mechanics. It seems there's a lot of stuff that doesn't do anything. So there's several red herrings. Minor spoiler here but it's on the store page video so it's not really a spoiler... make sure you grab the torch asap when you enter outside the tutorial area. And if you finish the game, please answer my question on the discussion page of this game. Thanks! Rate 4/10. At this price range, game needs to be more polished. I think for $15 we expect an inventory system at least. A better tutorial, maybe a cinematic scene. Some story. This game has none of that so unless the escape room is a lot longer it's not worth $15. In any event, it ran poorly so I can't recommend it until that's patched up.
VR Simulazioni. Sassari.
I played Argos before the addition of the Save feature, and it was frustrating to have to start over from the beginning each time. That issue since having being solved, it is graphically crisp, and the soundscape fitting, although I wouldn't miss the incessant bells if they disappeared - after a few hours in I was starting to hear them in my sleep! As escape rooms go, it's pretty good. I was stumped for an annoyingly long amount at one point, and when the solution was made clear, it made sense. There are red herrings to keep you guessing, but all in all a good game. I was left wondering about a few elements, and the developer said there are many ways to finish the game, so if I missed something, I'll never know... The thing about escape rooms - once you've made it out, there's little reason to do it over again.
Don´t touch this!
at the beginning it's hard to understand what to do but finally it's a good escape game, the riddles are consistent
