Aragami is a great stealth game. It checks all the boxes of being a cool ninja, and the story is surprisingly good as well. One flaw is that you cannot always teleport exactly where you want, which can sometimes leave you in difficult situations. There is also a bug in Level 5 where setting your shadow distance to 0 prevents you from teleporting through a hole, leaving you stuck and unable to progress. Other bugs exist as well, such as enemies occasionally managing to kill you after you have already eliminated them. Despite these issues, Aragami delivers an amazing ninja stealth experience that is simple, immersive, and creative. The story becomes especially strong toward the end, and I had a great time throughout the game. After completing the DLC, I found that it contains some of the best level design in the entire game. However, it is quite short, consisting of only four chapters. The DLC ending is somewhat underwhelming, but the ending of the main game is absolute cinema.

is fun would recoment
Started Aragami thinking I’d be a silent shadow assassin. Reality: I’m a teleporting ninja who panics when a guard turns around. The shadow-teleport mechanic is actually super cool — when it works, you feel like a stealth genius. When it doesn’t, you accidentally appear in front of three enemies and immediately reconsider your life choices. The art style looks like a playable graphic novel, and the whole “don’t touch the light” mechanic turns every torch into your worst enemy. I have never been so personally offended by lanterns. 8/10 — successfully infiltrated nothing, but looked cool trying.
just nice
çok sarmadı be nereye kadar ninja olucan
Neat Little Stealth-em-up
Aragami is a simple, but fun stealth game that does exactly what it needs to and doesn't outstay its welcome. You play as an Aragami, a kind of ninja spirit of vengeance, summoned by a captured princess to sneak and stab his way through an army of bumbling guards who all lack the peripheral vision and object permanence to realize that their friend, who was standing guard just a moment ago, has been messily eaten by a shadow dragon beast. The game gives you a limited, but very fun to use suite of stealthing tools, most useful of which is the ability to instantly warp between patches of shadow, which leads to many satisfying "Nothing personnel, kid" moments. In every level, you can find a number of scrolls to upgrade your skills and the game is generous enough to give you the ability to mark the locations of scrolls with a quickly-unlockable upgrade. The game is fairly easy on a simple "kill whoever is in your way" playthrough, but I imagine a no-kill run can end up pretty challenging, should you feel like it. Enemies are extremely dim-witted, but can kill you in one hit. Although your options are a bit limited, I never got tired of using them in the 8 or so hours it took me to beat the game. The story is simple, but engaging, with a good bit of optional lore unlocked by finding scrolls. The biggest problem I had with the story was the game's visual style, which blends a few fantastical elements with a rather uninspired faux-Japanese look (Hokusai's Great Wave shows up multiple times...). I wish the devs had had the time or resources to give the world a more unique look beyond just JAPAN, but with some stuff that is just not at all Japanese... Aragami is clearly made with limited means and a lot of love. It knows what it wants to do and does it very well. I have no problems recommending the game to anyone looking for a quick stealth fix.
Simple but Fun, nice Art Style, I liked it. Still holds up very well in 2026
Simple yet great assassin game, it's fun going around in the shadows and it does have good map design.
Game 9 of playing through my library: gamplay and mechanics were rather simple. The story was okay as far as most of the campaign but the ending was quite good. The design of this game felt rather shallow with little texture and multiple over used assets. 5/10
