Anthology of Fear

I really wanted to like this game. It has a decent enough theme for a chill vibe thriller. But here is my overall take. Pros: Decent Graphics, ok-ish voice acting, Storyline had lots of potential. Cons: The pacing is horrible. The main problem with this game isn't the fact it's a walking simulator, but the pacing, lack of actual fear which also plays into lack of MAJOR interest. I go through the story trying to understand what happened and as I am going through it some scenes are extremely prolonged. Finding items was a horrible thing as well, I found myself having to click on basically everything in the room to a item I swear wasn't there in the first place. If I had to compare this game to another, Visage or the Silent Hill teaser would be similar. Although unlike this one those actually had engaging scenes in my opinion that really did bring a consequence of fear to you that always does put you on edge. Meanwhile I'm legit laser tagging the ghost and I'm safe. Would I replay this game again? Absolutely not sadly. This had the making of a decent set up, though other games have preformed this much more better then Anthology of Fear. This game should honestly have been called Anthology of Boredom cause I legit praying for it to be over. Not worth the full price and or even discount price imo.
