Cool little game, interesting spin on the Truman Show

Every market we collect.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

I had a good time with American Arcadia!! The mixture of both first person and a 2.5D sidescrolling platformer was interesting, and I was pretty entertained even though the story premise is essentially just the Truman Show but if legally distinct Disney was in charge lol. Took me about 10 hours to play thru casually and then mop up achievements after. I think if you like the story concept and a few short puzzles, you'll have fun here. Recommended, maybe on a slight sale if anything =)) First off, I have to give a shoutout to the voice acting and the art style here. I think both were superb and really worked well for this game!! Trevor and Angela were quick favorites of mine, so I think the writing overall was pretty solid and enjoyable - witty at times, but not in the way that makes you groan and feel they're trying too hard imo. These things alongside a story that I genuinely got into made for a pretty great, shorter experience. I do think the length is exactly where it needed to be though, since I feel everything wrapped up quite nicely. The puzzles aren't the most complicated things ever, and most of the 2.5D sections are either short puzzle sections (stealth-adjacent) or chase sequences, which I think works completely fine for the sidescroller format. The first person sections are all primarily puzzles as you do a bit more wandering about in areas to progress and get things working behind the scenes. Periodically, you'll end up doing a bit of both simultaneously (sorta), where you're both controlling Trevor in the sidescroller as well as messing with electronics in a camera menu as Angela, or keeping track of something happening to Angela while moving Trevor to safety. I had the most fun with those sections =)) For a few cons, though: - The subtitles in English *really* needed a once-over with final spoken dialogue as the comparison instead of what the original scripts may have said. I don't need them to play, but often keep them on in case dialogue is quiet or I mishear, and there's quite a few places where what's being said doesn't match the subtitles or they're a bit mistimed. While that might be a bit of a minor gripe, I think it's an annoying bit of quality control to see slip thru the cracks. - A collision glitch in one section prevents you from moving forward unless you rapidly tap D on the keyboard, and it seems to have remained unfixed based on discussion posts - this one is more annoying, since I ran into a similar "stuck on geometry" issue in one of this dev's other games (Call of the Sea), so it seems to be a recurring issue in their titles with neither ever getting fixed. Otherwise, aside from a few 2.5D sections that felt a bit too trial-and-error, I think this game was a pretty fun experience!!
