Alwa te espera, y no te va a decepcionar.
Mixed feelings. It's neither bad nor too good. It's good that it has an easy mode for casual gamers. 7/10

Bom metroidvania de 8 bits!
First thing Zoe does with a magic staff is not cast spells, but bludgeon enemies to death... A very good metroidvania, but be prepared for NES-like difficulty, hidden walls and a fairly slow pace, though it doesn't take long to 100% overall. Don't be afraid to use a guide if you have to but despite that It has a lot of "show, don't tell" design and a few clever moments. The controls are very responsive and simple enough you might even figure out some speedrunning techs on your own. The music is great too.
Easily quench 8-bit nostalgia: retro, cozy, with chip-tunes earworms. Kinda too easy, and a bit slow tho
SO glad I bought this while it was on sale for 90% off, because this game is very disappointing. Saw a video where one of the creators was talking it up & it looked fun, like a lot of other retro-style games, but upon playing it and encountering the clunky, garbage physics where every jump is just out of reach. I honestly felt like I must've been missing some power-up for the first hour I played it. Upon getting the first gemstone to create the block, it dawned on me that this game must've been some sort of punishment inflicted on gamers by people who hated their childhood. Seriously, show me on the doll where the cartridge touched you. Maybe they should have spent 2 more years on developing it. Unavoidable damage & moving through molasses are not usually hallmarks of good game design. Neither is placing every ledge just one character's space past a jump distance. The "Assist Mode" feels like a somewhat closer attempt at a good game by reducing the monotonous re-re-treading over ground already pointlessly covered, but the developers clearly included it because they knew they couldn't capture a proper sense of accomplishment for the players in their hackneyed & short-sighted design with the repetitive action they confuse with difficulty & challenge. I hope the sequel is better, but I now have to re-frame my expectations and think if I actually want to check it out, or anything else this company makes.
Great game. Can't beat the sale price either. I'd love to see more puzzle platformers like this one.
SNES wiecznie żywy. Ta gra doskonale oddaje klimat i ducha retro konsoli.
