About
Allumeria takes a classic voxel sandbox and combines it with in-depth progression through exploration, dungeon crawling and boss battles. You will constantly be discovering new weapons, abilities, resources, enemies, structures, mechanics and tools. The game has a strong focus on discovery and creative freedom.
Allumeria provides advanced building tools not present in other games. You can change the shape of any block on the fly. Want glass stairs? Want a dirt fence? You can do it! Allumeria has a full RGB light engine. Create dimly lit cozy cabins, or bright neon cities. Monsters only spawn on natural blocks, so you are free to experiment with dark and light! The Paint Roller allows you to paint ANY block in the game, with no limitations. Want to use bricks, but grey isn't your style? Just paint them blue! Multiple palettes are available, from colourful, to earthy, to pastel.
Allumeria focuses on providing an in-depth experience for every biome. Your story starts in the forest biome, and you will travel to other biomes in a quest to become more powerful. Each biome has brand new resources, enemies, mechanics, dungeons and bosses, top to bottom. A single biome represents an entire new chapter of your story, not just a new grass colour.
Allumeria has a simple but diverse combat system. As you progress, more abilities and weapons open up. Start with simple swords and crossbows, then expand your arsenal with explosive bombs, shock arrows, fart guns, snowball cannons, boomerangs, shuriken launchers, frying pans, baguettes, and a myriad of other wacky items. You will uncover equippable trinkets that expand your movement abilities, allowing you to sprint, granting regeneration, gliding, flying, jumping and climbing.
Allumeria is an Early Access game. This means the game is going to continue being updated with new content and fixes to improve it even more, with community feedback in mind. The game has already been shaped by many peoples ideas, suggestions and bug reports, and it will continue to improve with your help. The game is already packed full of content, but there is so, so much room to grow.

This is by far my favorite voxel survival game aside from Minecraft! I have played many and none have come close to the level of fun I have had with this right out of the box. The building is fluid, there's great quality of life, the mining is refreshingly painless, and the combat is fun. I dare say, if this game got enough support, it could be a serious Minecraft killer! This game features a blend of classic terraria mechanics with a voxel environment similar to Minecraft or Vintage Story. In this game, you mine, craft, build a town with NPCs, and fight bosses in increasingly hard biomes to get stronger gear. The building has just as much a focus as the mining and combat, with the building hammer brought over from terraria. You can reshape pretty much every block into any shape! It's insane the level of customization you can bring to your base even in the first hour of the game. The combat is elevated by trinkets, which give you unique passives and abilities. There are also many potions which you can make from monster parts and crops, including my personal favorite, one that teleports you back to your base! I'm 8 hours in and I'm still in the first biome, but I'm still having a blast taking it at my own pace and I feel like I've hardly scratched the surface. Please, please give this game a shot! I hope this game is supported with updates for many years to come!!!

feels like early minecraft with terraria progression added in. very impressed with it so far.
It is a very good Game. It reminds me of Minecraft Alpha/Beta. It has its own charme.
vertical slabs in here! minecraft would never toxic larping asides, ive been waiting for this for a while (even when it got "falsely" struck) and has really good foundations! now if there were a magic storage/AE2 storage progression along with it and tech stuff it will be perfect its nice
Cute little game
Played on version 0.15.4 Allumeria, despite having plenty of rough edges in its current state, is already a very fun game. If like me, you loose all sense of time while exploring procedurally generated environments and dungeons, collecting resources, and fighting off monsters, you'll have a good time with your first playthrough. Another nice thing that stands out are the "small scale" building tools. The "shape wheel" and paint rollers allow for a lot of options while building, in an intuitive and straightforward way. Obviously, due to it's early access nature, there are plenty of heavily underdeveloped mechanics and aspects. They didn't get in the way of my enjoyment of the game, but should be taken into account if you plan on giving it a shot. To list the first things that come to mind : - The soundscape is very rough ( Many mobs share the same few sounds, music is mostly absent, "biome ambiences" don't improve the atmosphere ) - Enemy behavior variety is lacking ( enemies that walk to you , enemies that walk to you fast, enemies that fly to you, and enemies that shoot you ) - Side-mechanics are barebone ( Fishing, farming and NPCs )
gives me back the vibes. where i did not know how to play Minecraft or Terraria back then.
Very awesome, cant wait until the next updates
As it currently is, the game is able to be 100% finished around this time (I still have a few things to knock off the list like finding the ACTUAL secret flower for the achievement, finishing the fishing collection for myself and making a bomb berry to finish off the Compendium. That's enough about me. The game is essentially terraria with the appearance of Minecraft. I loved playing through this game relatively blind and eventually beating it in the process. Its not too easy for me to explain, but its definitely worth a try. Some of the issues I had with it starts with the fact that the game felt a bit short to me. I know its a lot just to make this game, but it could really use an expansion or three down the line. I also wish that there was a list of all items in the game to keep track of whether I have gotten everything or not. The NPC system is nice, but I don't know if there are only 4 NPCs or if I'm missing some of them for some reason. I think there was one more I just can't remember. I hoping to see more from Allumeria in the future!
