Discover the true meaning of fear in Alien: Isolation, a survival horror set in an atmosphere of constant dread and mortal danger.
Modeled estimate, not a reported figure. How we estimate →
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 10.29/day in the week to Aug 18 → 16/day in the week after.
Too few observations to say whether a discount moves this store's chart at all: across the last 30 days Steam · Top Sellers · Poland has just 18 day-to-day chart moves that followed a price cut, against 2,498 that did not. We are publishing the count instead of a direction — 20 is the fewest we will draw a conclusion from, and price collection outside the United States began on 6 August 2026.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
Add-ons
Each DLC is estimated with the same model as a game, then summed — a modeled figure, not reported DLC sales.
Sums Steam only; GOG, Epic publish no volume signal, so the true total is higher by an unknown amount.
Updates
Build ids and update times come straight from Steam's PICS — the same source SteamDB reads. Patch history grows as we record new builds.

Reviews
Hide and wait walking sim where running is discourage, hiding is punished and distractions get countered. Not meaningful gameplay and its better just to watch someone else plays it if you are curious.
Played it back on my xbox 360 this was like getting to re-experience the whole thing again in 4k and so much smoother. Some bugs i knew back then are still present but it isn't game breaking and so far and few between you might get a whole playthough without seeing them plus they don't soft lock you. (i.e flamethrower sound persists until you pull it out again, some lights in trams rarely can be floating, floating guns sometimes if you reload saves/deaths)

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 9: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

WOW GAMING SUPER 100%
Spoilers... Read with caution. After i played alien isolation for the first time and finally beat it i finally feel how depressing and isolated the game actually is. This game is a masterpiece. A museum ART. Creative assembly was really making a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ masterpiece in their studio and i must say for how old this game is it really surpasses everything modern games and horror games had its not some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid ass teddybear with a knife looking to murder you game and be content farmed but is INDEED a game where the devs poured their hearts out. You're not in a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ stupid ass ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ teddy bear company that SHOULD'VE been bankrupt years ago, you work for Weyland-Yutani. You're small fry. The company treats anyone who's small fry expendable and replacable. W-Y Bought out sevastapol due to close proxmity of LV-426. Things didnt went as planned though. The ending was insanely cinematic. You blow up the ♥♥♥♥♥♥' umblical or tow-whatever off the torrens, get on to the ship only to find out the xeno nomed their ♥♥♥♥♥♥' brains out. so to surivive... you press the airlock-button and that's it. the end. 10/10. Cant wait for A:I2
overrated
good game
Not the game for me. So the first 5ish chapters, there is a genuine mystery and going around the station and briefly meeting the Alien. But the sections with the alien, they are pure chore to get through. 95% of the time it is waiting in lockers and spending 20-30 minutes for the alien to randomly decide to inspect a locker anyway and you are given 0.5 seconds to press the right mouse button which apparently holds your breath but they don't tell you that earlier. So I wasted a good 20-30 minutes of my life in the section with the doctor card. Could you beat the game if you just repeatedly save/reload - yes. But I like to explore stuff and not use a guide to locate key items. Life is too short to die in a game due to RNG and an unexplained mechanic until your death.
