decent game . most people prefer age of wonders 2 . 3 and 4 . over this game . including me . it is a decent alternative to classic Age of Wonders . and it has some mods . buy on sale .
I like it? Idk why, but i played 200 hours. It’s not that bad of a game, but is it really good? Anyways, one of my favorite games

Ich hatte das Spiel schon damals auf der Play Station. Es ist ein ziemlich komplexer Rundenbasierter Strategie Kracher, eine Mischung aus Battle Isle und Zivilisation. Bevor ihr eine Kampagne spielt solltet ihr erst einmal Übungskarten spielen um euch mit den ganzen Mechaniken und Zusammenhängen vertraut zu machen und Gegnertypen kennenzulernen. Ein Karte kann locker 24 Spielstunden oder länger dauern. Viel Spaß
Good game
Very nice, missing some QoL things, but nothing too bad. Does not really compare to AoW3, which seems more complete in a way, more rich, but this one is quicker to play, easy to play with a controller, but with a good lore and a promising Empire mod that i've not tried yet. The Campaign is good to discover mechanics, factions and techs. A very pleasant game, enjoy playing more this one than Endless Space 2 (big fan of ES1).
