Age of Wonders: Planetfall

I really hope they will make the second installment, with Secret Tech implemented like AoW4 Tomes - to be selected separately through the game, not picked once at the beginning. For sci-fi fans like me this game is a must have- tons of great stuff, concepts and creatures familiar from books and TV shows.

Solid game. What to say? If you are familiar with AoW series, it's basically same, space theme working quite well imho. Yes, it gets repeatable after some time, typically I drop manual combat after few hours as it only distracts me from colonization. Strength of Planetfall lies in variety - 6 races are indeed different and it's fun to test each one of them - personally I like Kir'ko and Dvar the best. Definitely better than Civ: Beyond Earth which was big disappointment to me.

Очень люблю 4Х стратегии.На мой взгляд одна из лучших 4Х! Брать можно хотя бы из за одиночной компании.Не смотря на то,что уже вышла Age of Wonders 4(а я бы поспорил какая из этих двух игр лучше) считаю,что брать Planetfall нужно однозначно. Кстати, с удовольствием сыграл бы в сетевую игру.Добавляйте в друзья - покатаем)

All of the playable races are just so... boring. Where are the cool science fiction Races? Monsters, scary aliens, ruthless conquerors? It all just so... PG.

打折入的 真不如3 4代 数值设计抽象 平衡性离谱 英雄的特色也全来自于模块 模块化配兵初见挺吸引人 无非就是换种方式找轮椅罢了 和附魔没有太多区别 深度不够 且在前期遇敌经常能遇到满模块野兵 战斗时必须点进兵种介绍UI才能看见当前自身BUFF效果 不会觉得这样很酷吧？设置一个buff栏会死吗 汉化就不说了 P社一惯的机翻 城建系统也不太适应 兵种招募和城建产能感觉分开更合理 硬要说机械是靠生产力生产的那也没话说 可能是玩的还不够深入 目前游戏体验下来是相当糟糕

This is one of the best Age of Wonders releases! The factions are compelling and flavourful, and the campaigns are truly cool. I love the dynamic of playing as one ruler across multiple planetary campaigns, each planet having different modifiers and ecosystems. My favourite play-through was as a somewhat Egyptian themed, motorcycle-driving Assembly pharaoh, conquering the wasteland ruins of a former metropolis planet with a gang of scrap cyborgs. I hope to see a newer reincarnation of this, but until then I will continue to play Planetfall!
