It's fun, just buy it
Great fun! Dreaming up a culture, planning out a build path, designing a realm to play in, then executing your plans is as challenging as you want it to be with massive room for branching out into many unique paths. Can't wait to keep expanding my DLC library for the game to add even more. Highly recommended.
Es lo mejor que he jugado en los últimos tiempos

The best 4x strategy on Steam.... period. Way more complex than the Civ series... more like Dominion 5/6 with custom built factions to keep things interesting and ensure unlimited replayability. The DLC's come out regularly complete with rebalancing with every patch. And the DLC's are good... not just money grabs, but entirely new systems to play with... Dragon Leaders... Nomad factions... guns and cannons, etc. And the game/DLC goes on sale for 50% off every couple of months. If you're "on the fence" watch a video or two from Guthuk, Potato McWhiskey or Ic0n Gaming. It has old school Endless Legend vibes but waaaay better than Endless Legend II. There's just so much there.
Goated game, weather you want to play, a hero, a dark lord or the british, this game has it all! If you don't like roleplaying though this isn't for you. The Mechanics do get a bit stale but the flavor and world you can build make up for it.
I've played only 4 scenarios so far. Big fan of slow burn (if you choose) games like this. Reminds me of playing Risk with my friends over the course of 3 weeks. Only this has more depth and more customization. The combat is a much higher focus compared to other turn based civ management games (definitely a positive), although auto battle is a great option when you would rather focus on exploration and building your empire. This is worth your time. Get it, play it. Just one more turn.
This is the best 4x I've ever played, and the only one I've ever managed to put sufficient amount of time in. It's easy to get into, but quite complex as the game progresses. There's also a massive replayability factor with how every game is unique due to the creativity that's available to you in the form of transformations and tomes. Whole military force composed of evolving animals? Check. Angelic necromancers? Check. Goat nagas? Check. DRAGONS?! Yes please. It's really fun to play as you can pretty much create any power fantasy you can think of. Also, 3 years later, they are still releasing content for the game so there's always something new to try out! One beef I have with the game is that diplomacy or Good Alignment feels bad and only TOTAL WAR is fun, but then it might be down to me as a player as I have no idea how to make diplomacy work and I barely engage with that system.
