Age of Heroes: The Beginning

one of green sauce's earliest match-3s from 2016. 100 levels unlocked one by one, limited/unlimited moves, separate volumes, windowed mode, optional tutorials, a few languages, voiced intro drawn and animated by a 5-year-old, the usual defeat the big bad story while helping the most incompetent villagers ever, and surprisingly good medieval-inspired music. the story actually ends with all the busywork and a cliffhanger, no conclusion or dealing with the boss, and teases [b]age of heroes: solitaire[/b] as a sequel 'coming soon', which still hasn't happened. can match while animations are playing, various power-ups by matching 4 or more, then there are other helpers unlocked every few levels, charged by different colors and upgraded twice with coins. levels can also be completed with different characters, unlocked ever 10 levels or so, with their own skills, also refilled by matching. more power-ups on the board, enabling chain mode, faster charge, etc. for a few turns. it's nothing special, like most match-3s, but about on par with the first (and best) [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/dohi64/recommended/453780]secrets of magic[/url], without being a blatant copy-paste job like [url=https://steamcommunity.com/id/dohi64/recommended/1322540]the lost labyrinth[/url] (or the rest of the secrets of magic series), so one of the more recommendable titles available. has always annoying spreading tiles though.

A very simple Match 3 game with the usual mechanics and power-ups to earn. The music, graphics and arcade sounds are low key and not jarring to your ear. There is a Relaxed mode, which I enjoy--I play these games to unwind, not think and basically zone out, and this game allows you to do just that. I wouldn't pay full price for this--I got it at half off and even that is right on the edge of too much. It is a gentle time waster if you are in the mood for that.

Petit match 3 sympathique mais sans plus. Ce sera "non" (pour moi) à cause de son ratio qualité / prix. 100 niveaux 2 modes de difficulté (coups libres, nombre de coups limités) 4 bonus à débloquer et augmenter selon 3 niveaux 5 héros aux pouvoirs différents (je ne me suis servie que du plus cheaté selon moi) des obstacles variés Aucune difficulté ici, malgré le nombre de coups limités. Je crois avoir dû refaire seulement 2 niveaux afin d'obtenir les 3 étoiles en remplissant les objectifs requis mais que vous les atteignez ou non ne change rien et ne vous pénalise pas outre mesure. L'or accumulé au fil des niveaux vous permet d'avoir un "continue" qui revient à 10 coups supplémentaires. L'or permet également d'évoluer votre pouvoirs, pouvoir qui se rechargent grâce aux combos de gemmes de différentes couleurs. La trame est simpliste et les dialogues non invasifs. C'est léger, agréable. Un passe temps qui occupera 6h sans avoir à vous prendre la tête. Peut-être un peu frustrée de n'avoir pas rencontré de challenge cela dit. Pas de bug, pas de succès. Mais il ne vaut pas son prix initial.

's not bad. The Villain is freaking adorable. Each Hero/Heroine has their own Special. (The same special that will reset to 0 if you leave the game). Instead of doing heroic feats, you mostly get villagers stuff they ask for... Like salt... Animals... ... Lazy behinds!!! Do your own damn work!!! We are HEROES! Not your attendants! Anyway, you do all 100 levels and it says that there will be a continuation. It's been 3 years. There is still no continuation. Which means... (There is no end to this review either. Enjoy.~)

Para quem gosta do estilo combine 3, o jogo entrega o que promete. Muito bacana, bem colorido e informativo, desafio agradável! Um ponto negativo é a ausência de conquistas STEAM e cartas. Recomendo adquirir em promoção.

Ist ein recht gutes 3 Match Spiel, es ist mir nicht neu, ich hatte es schon mal von Game Top runtergeladen und paar Stunden gespielt, zuvor aber noch die 1 Std Demo bei Big Fish gespielt, da ich aber schon lange nicht mehr mit Windows unterwegs bin hat sich das mit Gametop auch erledigt, sowas kommt mir nicht mehr auf den Rechner mit der Werbung usw. Hatte es nun im Sale hier gekauft für 2,45 € alles in allem kann ich mich nicht beklagen. Es hat eine Story und motiviert dadurch noch ein ticken mehr. Ich empfehle es gerne weiter, es gibt durchaus viel schlechtere Spiele und sogar viel schlechtere AAA Spiele. Es bietet endlich Cloud Save, na wenn das nichts ist, war nicht von Anfang so, musste nämlich von vorne anfangen aber halb so wild, macht selbst nach paar Jahren wieder sehr viel Spaß 😄

Green Sauce Games are auto-buy for me. This game is exactly why that is. Match 3 goodness with an RPG element.

It's a fun & simple match 3 game. I've played a few from this company and had fun. However, I wish it was longer than 100 levels.
